Woah, Bryce wants to go back to Adelaide. Huge trade. Hope they can make it work for both teams.

Here's hoping! Gibbs and Rockliff to the Crows... ooooh, that would be nice!

I guess it depends on who you lose or which draft picks you have left once you get the trades done, as well as how much each them wants to be paid but it would definitely be a big statement of intent.

Gibbs expecting around 800-900k I think.

Well if that's the case then there would be no way Adelaide will pick him up - that's more than Walker or Sloane earn!!!

And I doubt Adelaide have too much room in their cap after paying overs to retain Jenkins and Brad Crouch

Expectations and reality aren't always the same thing. From what I hear he wanted more than the 650-700k that was on the table, but also wants to go home and play for a flag. My guess would be if it happens he'll end up on around 700k.

Also didn't Lids say only like a week ago that he wouldn't leave Richmond?

You would think our 1st round pick will be gone on either one of those deals.

Isn't that usually the sign that a player has full intention to leave :D

Will most likely take more than Adelaide's 1st round pick for either Gibbs or Lobster. And unfortunately that pretty much means only get one or the other because they will both require a 1st rounder + to get the deals done - either that or trading out quality players

If they get both I would expect this years first and next years first to be traded unless they deal some of the promising under 22 types to the Lions or Blues.

      One at a time though.

Contracted for 3 more years even if it is extended for 1 or 2 years I wouldn't expect a major payrise unless the current contract is well under market. As Bear mentioned a little bit less than Sloane or Walker would seem reasonable.

It feels like there is something bigger at play with Rockliff. Reckon the Crows will get him for a song.

Latest news is Pies are in the hunt for Rocky - would say they have more chance than Adelaide.
Let's face it, if you were a player thinking about leaving one "franchise" why would you elect to join another "franchise" when you could join one of the oldest clubs who also have a huge following and play their home games at the G!!!

What else is at play that you see???

Out of contract Sydney midfielder Tom Mitchell has informed the Swans he would like to seek a trade.

The 23-year-old has nominated Hawthorn as his preferred club.
