Just checking, minimum 5 delists, or delist to 20? I just dropped 5 but am now down to 17, I would prefer to keep a couple I had to cut
@choppers you are correct - The COVID years fucked everything up: ALL squads should be at 23 players only right now. Everyone should double check. Seem to recall that one of the covid years we added 2 additional players to a squad of 25 to help field a team in case of that covid crap ?? With that being said - all delists above are null & void. Delete the posts if you like. No team should have more than 23 players. VOTE: Like this post to go back to 25 squads, dislike it to remain at 23 squads. We can move the delist deadline easy enough until a vote is carried and all teams are set at 23 players prior to delisting. We have time considering we arent starting till round 3. EDIT: Regardless of the squad size vote, after delists you can have no more than 20 players listed. We will either draft 3 or 5 players at a minimum, more if you like.

Personally I'd be happy to take squads down to 20. With the FA pool always available there's no issue with not being able to field a team. I enjoyed it more when when it was squads of 15 and 8 on the field. It meant there were always quality players in the FA pool and differentiated this comp from the ORFFs. So for me the smaller the better but as always, happy to go with the majority.
Just to confirm, and I could be wrong but in the modern addicts era the squads have always been 20 with a 5 delist min, and we increased it to 23 for Covid. Then we left it as is as we weren’t sure what would happen with Covid. Pretty sure we missed a year in there as well. As we are playing through the byes this year, we are leaving it at 23. So delist squad sizes to 18 please. You can always delists more if you like of course… I’m thinking next year we get organized a little earlier and trim back to 20, start r1 etc so a delist of 8 and draft 5, but will cross that bridge then. lastly, it was my bad to post ‘squads staying at 25’…it’s 23…squads staying at 23 Yes @Len the delist in this comp has always been brutal because there are only 10 of us, and we only field 12, so the quality of the pool is always good and always available. And I remember the 8 on field days @Tylo that seems like a lifetime ago lol…
