    I'll call it early...

    "Moondogs"

should go around 2600 & finish around 100 points clear of nearest rival,
who will also be from the same league.

    Trifecta prediction =

    Round 12 rankings =

    #1 - Moondogs. = 2,600
    #2 - The Big Bye. = 2,500
    #3 - The 12 Club. = 2,475

with "G.O.A.T" & "12 Target" not far behind, also making the top 10.

Congrat's Ross & bad luck Col, Igor, Belinda & Frank.
& Congrats Youssef on last rounds win.

I reckon my DT will go 3rd or 4th for this round & my Sportsbet will go top 3 & score a free bet.

DT win hopefully goes to Richie "12 Fathoms under" or me "!Round 12 Smash!" with a couple others a chance if Mitchell or Boyd go large.

Let's do this again next year, but bigger,
6 bye rounds, 6 leagues, will post invites again but next time not @the last minute...

So next year, if you have a disinterested partner/parent/sibling/friend,
who you know won't remain competitive all season,
encourage them to hunt 1 of the bye rounds & advise them along the way.

It's a no brainer, start rookie heavy (most premiums drop price)
    Read "Best Buy's"
Drop under-performers, buy for value, build for the target round.
    :)

Also take into consideration the fixture that occurs during any particular BYE round.

I made a team this week and am well on track to score 2400 plus...simply by stocking up on tigers and kangas (Cotchin, Martin, Petrie, Harvey etc.)

My team is on 1863 (1989 if Grima was on field) with Franklin, Hale, Birchall, Rioli to play.

True the fixture for the particular bye round's an important part of the planning,
but a new team put together this round won't be able to compete with a team entered early in the season just to target this round.
The early entries should be close to being fully upgraded.
I doubt any new entry will make the top 5 this round.

    :p

    BTW, I don't know who's mind's behind moondogs entry,
all I know is it's someone from the TS community who responded to the league invite posted in donors the day before the season started.

Any idea who our mystery master tactician is?

Sry, no chance patash, you and Hdons will be over 200 points shy of this weeks winner.

Haha oh well...did alright considering I made the team in the few hours before this round's lockout.

Next year I may just have a little bit more foresight and do something about it before round 1 :)

Average this round should be mid 1600's to low 1700's.

    Moondogs is 2582 + Boyd,
A massive weekly win, the gap between 1st and 2nd will be over 100 points, biggest weekly gap of the season.

Not sure of ave, but I reckon par will be over 2000, as heaps of standard teams scoring 2000+
But Im not sure anyone will beat Moondogs ;)

Average of over 2k? don't say that anthak lol that'd seriously thwart my plans to smash through the bye rounds.
