    QPR v Man Utd 0-2
Evans, Rooney and Valencia all started on the bench with the latter two coming on just after the hour. RVP came off in the first half with a hip injury which will increase concern that he'll miss game-time next week before Utd's return leg against Real Madrid. Giggs scored on his 999th senior appearance while Rafael scored a peach of a volley.
Fabio was unavailable to play against his parent club but it was still a huge shock to see Bosingwa line-up at RB. Onuoha was on the bench. Zamora lasted an hour before being replaced by Remy. QPR haven't scored at home since Boxing Day.

    Fulham v Stoke 1-0

Marc Wilson (3.9mill) made his long awaited comeback after his broken leg. It wasn't enough to keep a clean sheet though and Stoke have still only won one away game all season. Jon Walters - not for the first time this season - failed to score from the spot, preventing Shea an assist on his debut.
Berbatov, with his 9th of the season and 3rd in 6, scored a beauty. Riether played well and set up Berba's goal.

    Arsenal v Aston Villa 2-1

For the 3rd league game in a row, Podolski started on the bench, Koscielny was also benched while Jenkinson replaced the injured Sagna. Cazorla was the hero with both goals to take his league total for the season to 10.
Villa looked threatening with Weimann the scorer and N'Zogbia again the provider. Villa are now back in the bottom three.

    West Brom v Sunderland 2-1

Lukaka was again excellent and scored a brace. The referee blowing for a WBA free kick too quickly instead of playing advantage cost him a hat-trick. Fellow budget striker Shane Long also started while Odemwingie found his way back from QPR's car park to take his place on the bench. Jones remained on the bench.
Sunderland had both Bardsley and Cueller on the bench as Bramble continued to play and scare the bejayus out of the Sunderland supporters. Graham started alongside Fletcher and Fletch should've notched a couple. Forgotten man Sessegnon scored The Black Cats' consolation. Lukaku is ineligible for next week's game at parent club Chelsea.

    Reading v Wigan 0-3

It's that time of year when Walesy's team Wigan start shifting through the gears and cruise out of the relegation zone.
Kone showed his importance for The Latics with another brace in a fine debut season in the PL. Wigan usually produce a hero at the end of the season and don't be surprised if Kone(or Maloney) is this year's. Figueroa also produced a goal and an assist.
Reading's players were a real disappointment in a week when many of us were looking for them to step up to the plate. The Pog being the biggest villain with a red card and he'll now serve a three match suspension. Pearce was dropped due to poor form but might be helped by the Reading defence putting in a shambolic performance.

    Norwich v Everton 2-1

Two goals in the last 6 minutes robbed Baines & Co of another clean sheet as the Toffeemen capitulated. Osman scored the opener from a delightful Baines cross while sub Kamara and captain Holt scored for The Canaries. Snodgrass again getting some assist action. Becchio started again, while Whittaker continues to cool his heels on the sidelines as countryman Russel Martin cements his place at RB.
Anichebe didn't recover in time from injury so Naismith started. Jelavic who played for 78mins continues to be an irrelevance in the FPL this year.

    Man City v Chelsea 2-0

Kompany was still out so Kolo Toure partnered Nastasic at the back. Lescott was on the bench alongside Tevez and Dzeko as Mancini rolled out a 4-5-1. Yaya with more attacking license scored City's first while Tevez climbed off the bench to score his first league goal in 9. Silva assisted both goals.
Ba started ahead of Torres while Azpilicueta was benched. Lampard had his penalty saved by Hart. Mikel was back in the starting line-up.

    Newcastle v Southampton 4-2

Three wins from four now for Newcastle and Sissoko continues to deliver. Cabaye (pen) and Cisse also got on the scoresheet for Saints. Lambert assisted for Schneiderlin before notching one himself, that's 6 in the last 7 away games for Lambert.
Marveaux spent the game on the bench and will struggle for game-time with Ben Arfa still to come back in.Coloccini and Cabaye both came off but should be OK for next week.
For Saints, Clyne and Shaw both started but Ramirez and Puncheon could only make the bench.

As for my FPL team, with Bale still to play I'm sitting on a miserable 21. Oh dear. Let us know how you're all travelling this week, hopefully better than me!
