Yeesh - 47 forwards with Young, Hill, Hrovat, Greenwood and Carlisle all confirmed - as well as existing forwards. But no midfield. And Lyons as Mid only is a rort. Pure 100% HFF most of the year. Looks like some trading to be done. And plans for pick 3 might change.

HHmmm................have to say (gloat) that the Hoppers have done alright for once with positional changes. Added 4 DPP's to now have a total of 6 dual positional players - Brayshaw F/M, Billings F/M in the FWD/MID line and the forever piss weak back line now looks to be a force, with Callum Mills going D, Taylor Adams going D/M and Jack Martin D/F.
The DPP changes were a little like an election. Did badly in Queensland with both Mitch Robbo and Aaron Hall losing the F of F/M status. Lost ground in NSW with Macca losing the M of D/M. Broke about even in Victoria with Bailey Williams losing the M of D/M, Mason Wood losing the M of F/M and Tom Campbell losing the F or R/F; however Dan Howe added M to D, Ryan Burton added D to F, Kade Stewart became a F rather than an M and Nick Graham added F to M. Maintained the status quo in SA and WA. Obviously not in power yet.
The number of Devils DPP's reduced from seven in 2016 to four in 2017 with the most critical loss being Cradle Mountain's long-time number one forward Dayne Zorko becoming a pure midfielder. However the Devils forward line is in better shape for 2017 than I thought it would be at the end of the 2016 AFL home and away season.
