OK Guys - this is where the back room deals get done. The rules are - post your proposed trades here. Unless we get a majority of coaches objecting to that trade it is assumed to have passed. This will also be heaps less hassle than getting a majority to post to agree to it. Say under normal circumstances 48 hours to make an objection or the trade is considered done. As it is nearly the end of pre-season trading this rule is abbreviated to lock out tonight in the case of trades done today. Don't buy any magic beans.
I need an extra forward, preferably for one of my backs (Heath Scotland, Ted Richards, James Frawley, K.Hunt, Josh Drummond). So anyone intrested?
OK - again, just to repeat - Andy and I discussed a trade during the draft and we both still wish to do it, so we've committed (pending league approval) to the following trade during the pre-season trade period. Chris (DGuim) trades M Boyd (MID) to Andy for A Walker (FWD) Team flexibility and requirements are behind the trade. Andy needs an extra mid, I need an extra forward. If there are any comments, questions etc, let them loose!
I'd almost be tempted to on-trade Mr Walker for Mr Scotland Fitzy, but the deal at my end hasn't gone through yet!! Also - Xeno, if you are here - what happens if a team has posted a list of players for their squad for this weeks match up somewhere on one of the ORFFA threads, but hasn't uploaded their team. Are we giving them a bit of leniency this week?
Hmm, I've just realised I've posted the wrong bloody trade!! Its not Boyd for Walker - its the other Bulldog - Cross. And its A Walker from Carlton, not T Walker from Adelaide. That was a bit silly. So, yes - the trade is actually Cross for A Walker. Sorry everyone, sorry commish and sorry Andy.
