Auction Rules: (updated 19/9/14 Len) 1. All players or picks to be auctioned should be listed with a closing day/time. 2. All players or picks being auctioned cannot be pulled before that day/time. 3. No asset being auctioned should be the subject of private trade negotiations nor used as part of a bid in another auction, until the auction of the asset has reached it's conclusion/closing time, with or without a sale. 4. Stating a reserve, or a preferred return type for the auctioned asset is voluntary. 5. The reserve is not reached on any asset until the seller says so. 6. Once a reserve has been reached the seller has the option to adjust the auction length, but to no less than 48 hours, or the end of the trade period, whichever is the lesser. 7. As soon as practical after receiving multiple bids on an asset the seller should indicate whom is in front, any reasoning is optional. 8. All auctions are final and irreversible unless via subsequent mutually agreed trade.
I'll throw up Joey Montagna. 89 point average for the year, getting long in the tooth but may fill a Interchange of M5 for someone. Really looking for a draft pick, but will consider sub 23 year old players across all positions. I'll run the auction until the 19th of September, I will advise when reserve has been met
Yeah, I'll add someone to the list: Kane Cornes - age 31, averaged around 88 for the year. Like Mr Montagna, he is no spring chicken but my God he is durable - has only missed six games of football since 2004; five of them in one year (2011). We be a bloody good M4 or M5 - that's the role he played for me through the year. Has probably a year left in him, so really not after anything more than maybe a third round pick or an early fourth rounder. Auction open until September 20.
Lot number 3 David Hale R/F - avg 73 from 20 games (incl QF) Can't see him losing dpp so can be a handy swing man to fill holes. Probably has at least one more year in him, especially with patchy McEvoy and developing Ceglar. Looking for a 3rd round pick. Auction closes 9pm (AEST) on Sept 20th.
Time for some quality on the block, (other than Carlene of course)... Up for auction, for those with fat wallets and generous minds only, is Jeremy Cameron. All Australian at 20. Injury affected this year but apparently on track to kill it in 2015. The reserve is seriously high and he probably won't sell, but fun is fun... Public bids only please, completely understand if you don't have the 'nads to bid
How high is seriously high for your 56 pt avg, injury prone forward in a team that won 6 games for the year? 1st round or 1st round + ?

Definitely 1st rounder plus, kid made all Australian at 20, not many KPP available that will do the same. He played all year injured, and will rebound for sure, he is a scarily good prospect given he is at least 2 - 3 years from his best. Same team will win 10-12 games next year and be playing finals after that, with him at CHF. I am not even sure I want to part with him, but unf even I can see I have way too many (10) GWS players If I get the right offer he is probably gone, but very content to hold him also.

Damn.......that did escalate. Len,I'm assumingpick #4 meets the reserve? And what's the length of this auction.

Auctions end at end of trade period unless pulled or otherwise notified by the seller.. I'll probably give mine another week at most.
I suppose there is first round picks, and first round picks. Is it pick 18 + or pick 1+? Either way pick 4 hasn't tickled the right spot. I will up bid to Pick 4 and Pick 40. That is 4 spots off a round 2 pick. And the fourth pick overall. Sounds pretty.
Putting James Kelly and Michael Johnson up for auction Happy enough to keep both players because 85+ averaging defenders (as I am expecting Kelly to be) don't grow on trees so the bid will have to be reasonable. Will also put one of them and a second round pick up for Jeremy Cameron, Len. Don't expect it to be what you want though given the age profile of your list but thought I would put it out there anyway.

And thanks CR but yeah, bit too old for my team window, anyone over 27 unlikely to be there when I need them.
I'll make a bid for J Cameron. I hadn't realised he was up for auction til just now. I am very hessitant to do this, but... How about PSD pick 5 & PSD pick 32.

Sorry Prap, but I'd have to have ant in front at that point. I can still get my R1 target with 5 and 32 gives me 8 more options than 40..

Grats ant, you are now the proud owner of Dartmoors finest export Thanks Len. I'm happy to get a young fwd, cause its one line where I don't really have any youngsters. And, sorry P'rap I've now outbid your good offers for both TMcKenzie and JCameron.
Yes, no hard feelings Ant. However, I'm not on the site much on a Sunday which is a pity, as I would have upped my bid to Pick 4 and 22. Had a couple more tricks up my sleeve as well That's the way the Cameron crumbles.

I would be keen on Johnson Chief, but at 29 and with his latest injury setback I can't put forward a respectable bid, considering his talent.
