    No longer are we from the mountain. No longer are we the Pointers.

    Though we are keeping the strip.

    Heading down the mountain and further into this great country of ours, in the Goulburn Valley region you'll find yourself at the town of Dookie.

    Sporting a population of 328, a post office, a memorial and a football team, the Dookie United Dooks - we believe that an ORFFL team is just what the doctor ordered. Really, it's an untapped market.

    Thus, the Dookie Chargers (DOC) are born.

    Dookie United Dooks (DUD) would have had a nicer ring to it...

    with the university outside of Dookie it could been the Dookie University Dooks….

    I think going from the disappointments to the duds would have defeated the purpose :D

    In fact I know Dookie well, My father studied at the Dookie Agricultural College as well as my girlfriend when I was a younger Wangaratta lad. They shall be my 2nd fav ORRFL side. Geez that sounds like awful when you say it quick :-(
