<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Jimbos Juggernaut (128) def Team Simonoz (126)
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]In a blockbuster AFC match-up, the 1 and 3 Juggernauts outlasted Team Simonoz and even up their records to 2-3 each.
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Jimbos Juggernauts - Thee leading America's team was unbelievable for the Juggernauts, topping 500 yards and 5 TDs to score 40 points and yet still lose to Denver, Tony and those late game brain fades must cause Jimbo and Dallas nightmares! In reality, Romo was superb, but his partner in crime, Indy (and Jimbo) rode Andrew Lucks (17) strong arm to deliver Seattle's first loss for the year, Charles (17) continued his heroic form for the Chiefs and Shady McCoy (14) produced despite the Giants tightly stuffing the Philly box. Elsewhere, the Rams D (13) did what most teams do to the Jags, bash them senseless, Woodhead (10) was one of the few shining lights for the Chargers, whilst Cruz and Bennett both suffered from the struggles experienced by the Giants and Bears respectively to record subpar scores.
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Team Simonoz - Another sub-standard game from Kaepernick (9) was Team Simonoz' undoing in this one, with the Niners not making one catch in the 2nd and 3rd quarters of their game against the Texans (despite smashing them throughout!). His form must be a source of consternation for Team Simonoz. I could've said Matthews not scoring against Oakland (surprisingly good D the Raiders) is to blame for the 2-point loss, but c'mon, its Matthews, what did you expect?? On a brighter note, The Rams played the Jags, which meant Bradford went big (20), D-Jax (19) faced the ordinary secondary that is the Giants corners and safeties and topped 100 yards, James Jones (18) was a favoured target of Rogers (and almost had 2 TD's, denied by inches), and the Chiefs D stood up, again! But it was that man Dezzy Bryant (24) that topped the charts for Team Simonoz, with no Champ Bailey to contend with, Bryant was brilliant latching onto the end of Romo's throws downfield.
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]The Jug-O-Naughts (76) def Waito's Warriors (27 - you are not reading this wrongly, 27 is correct)
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]In what was billed as match of the round, this was an absolute STINKER! Both teams playing terribly, including a record low score for the defending champs!
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]The Jug-O-Naughts - A terribly underwhelming score for the O-Naughts, but still enough to easily knock of the Warriors, with the Chiefs kicker Succop (15) and Denarius Moore (14) doing enough on their own to take the win. Matty Ice (18) led an ultimately failed Falcons comeback, but there was little else to get too excited about - though Pryor scoring 19 on the bench whilst Brady scored 5 was a laughable footnote to this game. Reggie (6) was contained by the Packers D, Colston (1) continues to struggle despite the Saints scoring at will seemingly, and Johnson (3) is fe<a name='_GoBack][/url]eling his age, and the rubbish QB he has at Houston. An easy victory with a well below par performance, though I am sure Fez is taking the win and running with it.
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Waito's Warriors - OH HOW THE MIGHTY HAVE FALLEN! In all seriousness though, there are horrible weekends, and then there are weekends like the one Waito just had - words cannot describe the atrocity! Hoyer (2) kicked of Round 5 just beautifully for Waito, torn ACL and out of the game very early. Find of the year, TE Jordan Cameron (3) didn't enjoy the loss of Manuel for the Buffs, whilst Ogbonnaya scored a donut, so 5 from 3 players from TNF. Surely it couldn't get worse right Waito?? WRONG. Megatron didn't suit-up, T-Rich (5) was largely ignored as Indy stuck with Lucks passing game, and Peyton preferred the other Thomas to Demaryius (5) in that ridiculous Denver/ Cowboys game. Then to top it of, Schaub (0) has seemingly lost the plot and was picked on multiple occasions against the Niners, and the Texans D (2) couldn't contain The Inconvenient Truth. I want to feel sorry for you Waito, but with Martin, Megatron and Morris to return next week, your unlikely to be this bad ever again, so suck it up champ.
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]So Long Mr Wallace (114) lost to Team Stowie (119)
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Team Stowie prevailed in a see-sawing all AFC match-up to send SLMW to a 1 and 4 record, whilst Team Stowie moved to 3-2 in the highly competitive AFC.
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]So Long Mr Wallace - The tipping point came early in hindsight for SLMW, EJ Manuel (6) not getting out of bounds before being struck low meant he spent a good deal of TNF on the bench instead of tearing apart the Browns D (having the Browns D meant SLMW ironically benefited from Manuel going down as they were very good in recording 2 TDs and another INT for 18 points). Marshall (9)was overshadowed by Jeffery, finishing with just 30 receiving yards, whilst Blount was stripped from behind costing him some valuable points in the Pats loss to the Bengals. The good stuff for SLMW included DangeRuss Wilson (22) being at his elusive best, CJ2K (13) scoring a receiving TD (thankfully, as his 17 yard running was poor!), Pettis (16) being Bradford preferred Austin, and Jimmy Graham (13) topping the 100 receiving yards yet again. Double figures scores for Spiller (strange choice playing Blount over Spiller?), Clay, Shorts and Blackmon added to SLMW's pain as they were all resting on his bench.
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Team Stowie - Despite getting little from his QB's (Smith and newton scoring 8 and 6 points respectively), Team Stowie had Julius Thomas (122 yards and 2 TDs) and Freddy Jackson (53 yards and 2 TDs) top the 20 points mark and lead Team Stowie to the victory. McGahee has been an excellent pick up slotting into the T-Rich vacated RB position at the Browns, whilst Wallace, Cobb and the Panthers all scored 10 points each. Despite having one field goal blocked and returned by Indy for a TD, Hauschka was excellent for Seattle and scored a terrific 16 points. Low points included Lamar Miller making little in-way into a tough Ravens D (despite Tannahill getting sacked repeatedly! WTF Miami?) and the aforementioned QB's, particularly Newton who was sacked 7 times himself and threw 3 INT's.
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Canuck Warriors (73) lost to Canton Bulldogs (150)
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]The Bulldogs bounced back in a big way as they go clear in 2nd spot in the NFC division.
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Canuck Warriors - When Eli (15) is your top scorer, you know you might be in trouble, and so it was the case for Canuck, though Vick (11) going down with an injury cost them some big points as he was in good running form against the Giants prior to leaving the game. Foster (11) didn't quite top the 100 yards, but with a change in QB possible in the coming weeks, expect Fosters workload, and scoring, to increase, and Janikowski (12) was perfect as he kicked the Raiders home in a terrific performance against the Chargers, but that is where the good news ends. Jennings (4) did little replacing D-Mac (and is possibly injured himself?), Fitz (4) is still struggling with a below average QB, the twin TE's Gonzalez (9) and Gates (7) couldn't repeat last weeks heroics, and Dwayne Bowe (3) looks like being one of this years busts despite the unbeaten record of the Chiefs. Perhaps the tale of the tape for Canuck was their D/ST - they had the Broncos starting and the Cowboys on the bench, the Bronco's D totaled -3, whilst the Cowboys were even worse scoring -7!
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Canton Bulldogs - Once again, it was the man they call GOAT leading the way (despite being picked off for the first time in a LONG time), Manning (36) topped 400+ yards and 5TD's (including a solo run in!) - the records he continues to break are extraordinary and he seemingly has another MVP wrapped up already (my favourite stat of the weekend - Manning's 20 TD passes this year already, is more than 9 teams recorded for the entirety of last season!). This week for Canton, he wasn't alone, with Jeffery (27) having a breakout game topping 200 receiving yards and Moreno (20) benefiting from an open box thanks to Peyton's passing game. Then there was Skittles (10), Forte (11), Nicks 14) and a miserly Bengals D (14) who seriously got after Brady, adding to a rapidly rising total, which included an improved performance from Flacco just to add to a joyous weekend for Canton. And to think Hilton (26) sat out… A line in the sand game perhaps from Canton, the question is, can they keep it at this high level?
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Rigil Kentaurus (116) def Billy Bass (71)
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]And then there was one - Kentaurus remaining undefeated for the year and taking down Billy Bass who move to a spot of trouble at 1-4 for the year.
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Rigil Kentaurus - The team sheet was scattered with double figures in a resounding victory, led by Cutler (22), who despite the Bears loss, totaled 358 yards and 2 TD's, and Prater (18) who continues to benefit from the Broncos incredible scoring record. Stafford (14) in a loss to the Packers was good for Kentaurus, Gore (14) ran through the Texans for 81 yards and a TD, Murray (10) got overshadowed by Romo's passing game but still managed a handy score, Smith was one of Flacco's main target all day in the Ravens win over the Fin's, whilst Wayne, Jones and Olsen all managed sizable contributions. Considering Rodgers (17), Randle (21) and Tucker (18) were all on the bench, this game was closer than it could have been. Probably don't head the market as Championship favourites just yet, but certainly firming….
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Billy Bass - Mediocre at best for Billy Bass, only Rodgers (14), Witten (18) and Bailey (12) in double figures, and for Rodgers, a lower than normal score in that. Where did it all go wrong - the Cincy pairing of Dalton (8) and AJ (6) has struggled all year, and continues to for Billy Bass, Brown (1) is nothing more than a sparingly used back up to Shay McCoy out in Philly, Roddy (4) was shut down by a good Jets D, Royal (0) showed his true colours and is realistically a bench player at best, whilst the Bill's D had trouble with the Browns, 37 points against is not a pretty score line. The French Thomas (20) at least lit up the bench scorecard, and Garcon will return from a bye next week - chin up Billy Bass.
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Brady's Bunch (110) lost to Kings of Karlos (125)
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]The Kings of Karlos drew level with Brady's Bunch in a packed NFC division thanks to a super strong team performance.
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Brady's Bunch - Despite the best efforts of Geno Smith (21 pts-199 yards and 3 TD's in an impressive display) in MNF, the Bunch just couldn't keep pace with an outstanding KOK. Geno was ably supported by Rivers (18), a return to form by Rice (19) and a perfect Hartley (16), who is enjoying the work of Brees again this year (Brees coincidentally doing the damage to the Bunch scoring at will for the KOK). MJD (8) battled hard for the Jags, but when his team is always playing catch-up, there is a lot less work for the little unit, Boldin (2) was barely sighted as the Niners struggled through the air, Nelson (8) was amongst a number of Packers Rodgers shared the love with, whilst Thompkins (1) playing against a stingy Cincy D, and in atrocious weather, could not back up his recent form. Geno's good form raises an interesting conundrum for the Bunch - does Big Ben come back in, or is Geno the go to guy now? His trade value has certainly risen….
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]
<p style='text-align: justify; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;]Kings of Karlos - The KOK went big this week, all but three players into double figures, including Fitzpatrick (20) against what has been a very-hard-to-score-against Chiefs D this year. The Locker replacement was well supported by Brees (19) as per usual, two of the many receivers at Peyton's disposal - Welker (10) and Decker (12), the reformed Gordon (14), returning -to-form Davis (14) and a very strong Niners D (19) who despite missing Smith and Willis, restricted the Texans to just 3 points! The Falcons coming from behind and searching for TD's meant little action by way of field goals for Bryant (4) in what was otherwise a good performance (4 from 4 extra points), and the two rookie RB's, Lacy and Gio, looked very good despite only scoring 4 and 9 points respectively. Gio being stripped cost him points and faith with the Bengals coaching staff, whilst Lacy was very workmanlike and suffered from the Packers insistence for passing TD's.
