    Yo Fitzy, the addresses you put in are (trying to be polite) an absolute mess. They need to end in .jpg, or the like. Assuming you've just done a Google image search, click on the "See full size image" on the right hand side, then copy the address from that page.

    I think those girls may find it hard to drown at your beach, Fitzy - in built floatation devices

    The Venus Bay Vultures would love to welcome
    Jobe Watson
    Heath Scotland
    Jonathan Giles
    David Mundy

    All 4 asked to be on this team, along with many others. But these were the picks of the bunch!

    Going to be the envy of the Association Fitzy - a home ground with no water restrictions.

    An important message from the FIXture Committee:

    An early protest from the shaky isles - we have been drawn as the home team but expected to travel? I see the FIXture committee has followed the precedents of football, league and basketball right from the outset.

    The boys had been briefed to expect this and at our temporary HQ in FNQ emotions are high but under control.

    Fitzy, the problem is not with you m8 - we look forward to a hard and clean(ish) game for which we plan to field all our rookies to give them some experience.*

    * If you believe that you'd believe anything.</blockquote>
    To the Manager, Waikickamoocow,

    Please accept this as notification that we have received your dispute and are considering possible outcomes that may alleviate the unrest that our original fixture may have caused.

    Regards,
    The FIXture Committee
    ORFFA headquarters
    </blockquote>
    This is an open letter to the 18 league members of the ORFFA.

    After much deliberation (and with greasy palms), your FIXture Committee have decided to make a late change to the round 1 FIXture.

    Not long after receiving notification of a dispute from the Manager of Waikickamoocow, we received a phone call from the Hon Murray McCully - who is the New Zealand Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Sport and Recreation - attempting to reach some sort of resolution that would, not only appease the thousands of angry rioting kiwis protesting the inequity of the round 1 fixture, but also give the country the exposure they hoped they would get from having a round 1 match on home soil.
    We also received this video from an Anon Kiwi collective:
    [embed]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-w_AZ7K2P4[/embed]
    It was accompanied by a statement that we did not take too seriously as they thought Sydney was the capital of Australia and thought they would get maximum exposure there. We did not even bother to tell them that they dont give a stuff about the ORFFA in Sydney.

    Anyway, after long negotiations with the Hon Murray McCully, Mr Mike Todd (The General Manager of Marketing and Communications for Air New Zealand), Frances Evans (Live Saving Victoria Coordinator) and your FIXture Committee members - Jolcon and anthak - we have been able to come to an agreement.

    We are making an amendment to the round 1 FIXture.
    The game between the Venus Bay Vultures (Fitzy) and the Waikikamoocow Incorrigibles (chels) will now be held at the secret location of the Waikikamoocow home ground. The game will remain at 7:30pm AEST on Sunday 13th May for media reasons.

    There were many logistical arrangements made as part of the agreement:

    <img src="http://www.lifesavingvictoria.com.au/resources/images/News_-_Heli_Lifesaver_6_Image.jpg" />
    On Saturday morning, Life Saving Victoria will be transporting the full squad of 26 players and all support staff (including Fitzy and the chearleaders) by helicopter to the Phillip Island Aviation Centre.

    For logistical research we hired actors to model how it may go on Saturday. Here you can see how the traveling party may look while waiting at Phillip Island Aviation Centre:
    <img src="https://encrypted-tbn0.google.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcR9HhfRj6nJA1sM8-GovXlNeicVYXZcQ7cSdWA453dJhB6B53XB" />

    <img src="http://www.airnewzealand.co.nz/assets/Images-AirNewZealand/777-300-538x220.jpg" />
    Air New Zealand will send one of their 2 B747-400s (their oldest jet) to Phillip Island Aviation Centre to pick up the Vulture party, including up to 233 (the amount of Economy seats) fans that make it to Phillip Island in time, and fly them over to the Masterton/Hood Aerodrome Airport in New Zealand.

    The group, which is anticipated to be nearly 300 people all up, will be provided with a camping site to stay in Masterton on Saturday night:
    <img src="https://encrypted-tbn2.google.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQWGVS5uoKFE_YQ4XQQbC0iOBlbhfL77jw8Xe6-mS6slRELYbNY" />

    We are now awaiting the Waikickamoocow Administration to send an email with details of the NZR bus timetable and instructions on how to get to the ground from Masterton. We do know that everyone will be blindfolded for the last 20 minutes of that trip.

    The FIXture Committee of the ORFFA would like to take this opportunity to apologise whole heartedly for the inconvenience this oversight has caused, and we will be adjusting the complete FIXture to incorporate the home team being the first named team in every instance, to avoid this type of uproar in the future.

    This game will be broadcast live into every State and Territory of Australia - except for QLD, where it will immediately follow the much anticipated derby between the Birdsville Battlers (Jolcon) and Whitsunday Warriors (TerryinBangkok) in Hook Island.

    Despite this minor hiccup, we do look forward to a great first round this weekend. We hope everyone involved enjoys their weekend.

    Fitzy, be careful over there mate, I think there might be more to this venue change than the smokescreen created is allowing you to see, I just came across this:

    <img src="http://www.sportsbar.net.au/images/australianrugby1.jpg" />

    It says Wallabies, but these kiwis can be very tricksy..

    Looking forward to hosting the Vultures at the Nuffery "hairy armpit" stadium this week.

    Good thing we're a BYO venue. Especially since you guys will be the carrion your few survivors will be feeding on.

    The pain will be momentary, the relief eternal.

    Disapointing week once again, Pearce with a 36 Mzungu 33 Mundy 56 Cunnington 35 all extremely disapointing. If I come off with a win this week then I will be truly amazed

    Couldn't handle the pressure of your first game in front of your home fans?
