A terrific 1964 (I think) film with the gifted young Peter Sellers and the lovely Elke Sommer. Any particular scene you were thinking of TiB?
A very finely honed poll with even more finely honed votes cast if I do say so myself @Lenny120 you're up mate
Damn seriously thought I was onto something @bama you're up. Poll challenge, I dunno what team he barracks for, could be left of left field
He is a tigers man I think Graeme I hope your fingers turn into fishhooks and you suffer from crotch itch
That's not very nice Banditto, not nice at all. But an endorsement of a player by you (and ant) says a lot. Had to trade out NDS and Geary to move to pick 6 as Melbandy drove a hard bargain. But as I said, saw this guy in rounds 22 and 23 last year and decided he had to be a Cow. Could have egg on the face but so long as its free range.
@dmandrews probably couldn't have typed his selection fast enough. Can't believe Hopper fell to #8. Going to be the pick of the draft in two years time.
That is the third year in a row that Cradle Mountain's first selection in the PSD has been a GWS player, having previously selected Tom Boyd @ 7 and Jack Steele @ 13. Hopper at @ 8 this year is the second consecutive Giants Academy player. Gotta be honest CR, I had already pre-typed Hopper and Schache and was simply going to select the player that Bama didn't. I thought neither of them were going to be available.
Having said that, can't say that the top 8 have surprised me at all. Thought the order was maybe going to be slightly different from 5-8, but no-one has made a mistake. I'm going to have the same decision at pick 11 that I thought I would have a couple of months ago.
All in good time, plenty of draft to play out... Needless to say, the top two favourites in betting are not the usual suspects. The second will perhaps be a surprise, the favourite will not be.
