Must have picked super starting teams! And are probably kicking themselves that they traded out Paps now.
@jp - any chance you can tell us the team id's for the 2 teams in the top 1000 without a trade so we can see who they started with??
@jp - any chance you can set up a table like this?? (or similar??, noting the overall figures are round 4 not round 5 so would need to be updated)
Ids are: 2060 (ranked 20th ) 87947 Teams are quite different, but they both have the good rookies which seems to be the key. Gonna have a closer look when I get back to my battlestation
Can one of you fine gents test something for me? bung your team_id in to this url http://www.sctradecounter.com/coach_test/<YOUR ID HERE> and tell me if the bottom row calculates your current bank correctly (or rather your bank at the end of round 5) cheers

As Laird and Weitering are out you would expect them to trade this week to bring in a premo defender or swing AMT back and upgrade elsewhere. If they use the maximum trades per week from here they will use their 28th and 29th trades in round 19 and their 30th trade in round 20 and you would expect them to have plenty in hand when it counts whereas a lot of the leaders will be running out with 4 or 5 weeks to go. While they are in a great position I still think that how they do (ie top 500 or winning the thing) will depend on who they trade in (and who they don't).
Will be interesting to see how they go from here on in. I was wondering if they are actually playing or if this was a tremendous fluke. Should work out if their captain had changed, would be amazing if this was a set and forget
Round 7: IN: Kade Simpson,Josh Smith OUT: Jacob Weitering,Matt Dea Round 7 bank: $: 19000 held laird, definitely not a ghost ship but now down to 174th place (310 off the pace)
Sanity has returned! No teams on 0 or 1 trade in the top 1000. Sorry about the delay in getting the weekly summary of trades up. Things have been a bit hectic with family life and work, not to mention the Tigers sapping my will to live. anyway top 1000 trades: 0 trades = 0 1 trades = 0 2 trades = 1 3 trades = 2 4 trades = 11 5 trades = 41 6 trades = 107 7 trades = 184 8 trades = 225 9 trades = 195 10 trades = 144 11 trades = 65 12 trades = 35
Aaaaaaand as a warning to anyone relying on the trade counter it is probably going to get shut down in the next couple of week. Turns out that various things that are done to produce it are against the Terms of Service, and somebody has noticed.
