Hello, TooSerious Folk... I've got a trading dilemma and I'm wondering if I can get some help. I traded Alex Rance in last week and have used 7 trades so far, I have him and Lobbe not playing this week. My options are: - Trade out Rance and Lobbe and trade in a ruck and a defender - Trade out Lobbe, switch Phillips into the ruck, Hipwood into the fwd (as an F7, all 6 fwds are playing) and trade in a low-priced defender. (Probably Darcy Byrne-Jones) Then I will hold onto Rance until he plays again in Round 8
As TTH said, pretty hard to advise, not knowing all the facts. But I'll have a go. Keep Rance and upgrade Lobbe.

Here goes Holky, it's a bit left field BUT....... Trade Lobbe out. Move Phillips to R2 and Wyatt to R3 for next 2 weeks while Rance is out. Move Hipwood to F7. This now gives you Brown and Hipwood at both ends for DPP purposes. Move Rance to bench and trade in Tucker (117,300) from Freo. (only played 1 game but is in R6 team) This gives you no doughnuts and you keep Rance. You then have 274,000 in your war chest to get a R2 in the next round or two, by slaughtering one of your cash cows. Or leave Lobbe on the bench and swap Phillips for Wyatt and cop a doughnut in defence. But I wouldn't trade Rance. Hope this is a little help.
