Something not working as intended again this week chief.
ORFFL lockout for Round 5 wasn't set correctly, although I have admin access and have sorted it now.

@walesy - is there any way of fixing the "form" part of the ORFF* ladders to show the last 5 or 6 results rather than just the last 2 ??

    What about this week?
TS Addicts lockout and ORFFL lockout didn't roll over correctly.
I have adjusted ORFFL but cannot do anything about TS Addicts.

Does 'lockout' actually do anything, Walesy? Do we get notified in any way if someone changes their team afterwards?

These questions are probably a bit belated 6 weeks in but oh well. :D

Noone can change their team post lockout, a handful of admins can, but they would be tracked if happened

How? I know I tried it in the 'FL couple weeks back to my team but could see no change.

    Yeah, this.

Admins have the ability to ignore lockout- in order to make amendments for folk who post to threads their team changes.

    Otherwise it's a proper lockout. :)

Ah ok - so if I try to change 'FF team during lockout it theoretically shouldn't work (unless site permissions overrule that)?

You're a site admin yeah? I think that overrides everything.

Ah, I didn't even notice I could access the other features regardless. :D

Goes without saying but if there's anything time-consuming you need doing that any monkey with admin privileges could do that you yourself don't have time for, contact me. :D

Do I understand this correctly - an administrator in an ORFF league can change his / her after a round has begun and lock out is in place?

If so can they also change another team?

I can understand walesy having that ability but all admins? Please tell me I am wrong.

If you can't trust the admins in your league why are they your admins in the first place? If changes are needed to be made (like in the scenario Walesy brought up) then obviously those with admin rights would need that ability.

Admin have power to help do stuff that I don't have time to do!

There are timestamps though if anything ever did go poorly

Thanks for that port and walesy. I have complete faith in the current admins in the comps I am involved in. But that's not the issue. Currently, admins are appointed as opposed to elected. For future reference I would like to see some discussion with comp members as to any admin replacements.

Thank you for hearing me out.

There are only a handful of us Graeme, and as Les has said all changes we make are tracked.
We are not talking about league admins here, this is site admins, ppl who can delete or alter any post/entry at any time, and I can assure you the utmost care is taken in exercising that option.
This shouldn't be a trust issue, it should be an acknowledgement that sometimes shit happens and things need to be fixed, legitimately.
