Good morning, there's still time :) Eden Whalers trade Marc Murphy and Danny McStay to King Island for David Zaharakis and MSD 17.

Another last minute trade: Eden Whalers trade Anthony Miles to Nuytsland for Coolgardie's R1 PSD pick and Staghorn Flat's R2 PSD pick.

Can you guys who made some last-minute trades please post them here. You've all made it really easy consolidating all of this.

First glance is that no-one has more than 26 players. Excellent!
I'll finalise the FA list and post it shortly.

OK, if I've added this up properly:

We need a total of 43 picks.
The average team has 2.4 picks.
Two teams (Gisborne and King Island) don't require any picks in the MSD.
Christmas Island requires just one pick.
    Eden requires 6 MSD picks!
Five teams have their mean average pick in the first round (average of all their pick numbers - Banchang 11.7, Korumburra 12, Staghorn Flat 15.7, Coolgardie 17, and Hughenden 18).
Three teams participate but don't value the players, as their mean average pick is in the third round (Southern Cross 39.5, Pakenham 40, and Groote Eylandt 43).
Of those who have picks, none complete all theirs in the first round.
The most patient, last to take their first pick, will be Southern Cross at pick 37.
The first to finish will be Korumburra at pick 21.
The last to finish will be Ararat at pick 54.
Ararat also had the first pick, so will easily have the largest spacing between first and last picks.
Southern Cross, once they get started, will be done pretty quickly, with only 5 picks between their first and last pick (which actually only becomes 3 picks when we remove the "passes").
Possibly an indication of not trading much, 7 teams have 18 picks between their first and last pick.

@JPK - given the above analysis do you have which of the picks are passes - if so let me know so I can update the draft thread.

Alright then, looks like I got that one wrong. Pick 44 is active for Christmas Island.
    Sorry @DamoH

Note to all: don't trust me to get it correct all the time, please review your own team lists, trades, etc, and bring it up if I've made a mistake.
