Auctons open at 12:00AM on Jan 1st, with a pause on 5th of March. Auction rules: 1. All players or picks to be auctioned should be listed with a closing day/time. 2. All players or picks being auctioned cannot be pulled before that day/time. 3. No asset being auctioned should be the subject of private trade negotiations nor used as part of a bid in another auction, until the auction of the asset has reached it's conclusion/closing time, with or without a sale. 4. Stating a reserve, or a preferred return type for the auctioned asset is voluntary. 5. The reserve is not reached on any asset until the seller says so. 6. Once a reserve has been reached the seller has the option to adjust the auction length, but to no less than 48 hours, or the end of the trade period, whichever is the lesser. 7. As soon as practical after receiving multiple bids on an asset the seller should indicate whom is in front, any reasoning is optional. 8. All auctions are final and irreversible unless via subsequent mutually agreed trade. 9. Once a bid is tabled the bid is live until rejected OR deemed beaten by the person conducting the auction, it cannot be materially altered once tabled. 10. AUCTION Todd Goldstein - Ruck 28yrs / 171 games / 108 avg in 2016 Missed only 7 games in last 7 years. Last four years avg hasn't fallen below 106. Big news has just dropped that Majak Daw is out for at least two months, missing a fair chunk of pre-season. This probably means no early season ruck chop out for Goldy. Could have massive impact for Goldy in SC. In 2016 with Daw chopping out in 8 games, Goldy averaged 98. Is there anyone else to fill this chop out role? Not likely. On top of all this, the third man up has been scraped. Goldy was generally down on H2A against good 3MU sides. Another bonus. OK... have had a bit of a think, and it is clear that the Spelunkers are in a bit of strife this year, and maybe next etc. I'm going to need to draft my way out of some of this mess. So a couple of my older players going up... I am looking for 2017 PSD draft picks only. I don't want potential players, and I don't want MSD picks. I'm prepared to be reasonable here, but I'm not going to be giving these guys away. These guys are longish in the fang, but may still have some value for those interested in having a crack at the premiership this year or next. I'm not going to spruik them too hard, you have access to the stats so you can do your own research. First up: Cale Hooker, Def/Fwd eligibility, is 28, coming back from a year off but was a Top 10 defender according to CD the season before.
