    That was a tough pick with three players I didn't expect to still there at 30 available as well as the #1 choice I had for the pick.

    @That KI Guy you're up :)

    The prospectus is quick to point out that they are talking playing style, not ability comparisons, thankfully or there would be much gnashing of teeth :p

    Former woylie Howe is re-drafted by the Woylies (@port_leschenault ) breaking a streak of 3 draftees.

    This is about as mature age (21) as Walpole has drafted since the inaugural draft, as they and Mole Creek (@ViQBoZ) battle it out in the race for the ORFFF's youngest squad.

    He assured me he was only 20. I may have to reconsider.

    hi everyone, if it gets to my pick during the day today I am unlikely to be able to take it.
    Ive resigned from my job and today is my last day. I still have so much work to do today to finish everything off with handovers etc, so I'm not gonna have time for internets and such.
    I expect I'll be finishing late tonight and getting home late, but I'm not sure exactly when I'll be available to pick... probably will be fine after about 9pm.

    I've been tempted a number of times to quit my job to become a full time fantasy footballer, just never had the balls. Cudos to you Ant for taking the big leap.
    Fwiw I think we'd all be surprised if your pick came round before 9pm (though we are ticking along pretty well).
    Got to feel sorry for that glacial FL draft over the fence. Rumour has it that @3n4nsy has put a request to Gill for the AFL season start to be delayed til after Easter.
    Seems doable.

    No better way to speed up a draft than to prophesize that a certain pick won't be reached by a certain time (while simultaneously debasing/commiserating with another drafts' tardiness).

    Can only mean that everyone wants to do more trading.:rolleyes:

    hey, I'm about to go on a mini road trip, driving for the next 4 or 5 hours. I have 3 of the next 6 picks, but I'll try to get on and make my pick whenever possible.

    Is there anyone who doesn't have a pick in this stretch that would be willing to be a proxy for me?
