Yep. I was slow to jump on the waiver when he was recovering. Chancy move but should pay off handsomely for you this year.
I must admit I am a little bit confused with people drafting rookies - I thought from afar this league was mostly about getting the best established players you can and nabbing those likely to breakout and become top 150 players in the next 12 months ??
Largely right mate, the squad size of 15 does allow you to park one or two if you are willing to give up a playing spot, big if and has been done in the past, personally as an incubator of youth in the main leagues I stay away from it here but I get the approach and the squad size was deliberately set to facilitate the tactic.
I held Roughead all through 2016, but I didn't take any "rookies" at the same time and probably won't take any in this draft either.
I think with the real top end guys it's okay especially if they are likely to play from round 1 which I think both Taranto and McGrath will do, but I do understand what you are saying.
as it's currently 1130pm in NYC I will get a shortlist of 2 picks together depending on who goes at Pick 8, whether that be this afternoon or this evening
With Pick #9 the SuperSquad are very pleased to add J.O.R.D.A.N. D.E. G.O.E.Y. to the side over to you @Tylo
