    @YAD69 - i would be interested in understanding your thinking in why this deal needs a 2 round MSD pick upgrade (somewhere between 17 and 47 picks) to the Boozers to remain balanced unless you have decided since picking him on Monday at pick 77 that Lipinski is the next Zac Dawson or that Guthrie has become a lot more valuable without having played since JLT3 (prior to pick 77), not being named for JLT4 and their being a strong vein of thought he won't start in the Cats best 22 and not even be upgraded ?

    Well @TheTassieHawk I got rattled with the Barrass non-pick, picked up too many mids and should have picked up Guthrie with my last pick. He's a long term prospect as all my picks were (expect Naismith) and because I made the request I had to give something more to get him. So in the end rookie & msd 1 for rookie msd 3 on the back of jot and that I wanted a def.

    @YAD69, i appreciate the response mate, it did appear your clear goal was to rebalance the side and you rightly point out you had gone young in the draft, so presumably didn't want a 27-30 year old to fill your last defensive spot. Hopefully guthrie is playing if/when you need to call on him.

    And in fairness I think the player for player aspect does skew things, as 2 separate deals
    - Guthrie for Rnd 1 MSD
    - Lipinski for Rnd 3 MSD
    to me look less out of kilter than the 2 combined

    Ok someone has to keep trading so the Boozers have again.

    Boozers trade Stefan Martin & 4th Round PSD to Rutherglen for Ryder & 5th Round PSD
    This allows both of us to pair up our rucks, Martin and Archie for Rutherglen, and Ryder and Trengove for Boozers.
