In protracted yet always cordial discussions, the Smugglers and Armadillos have come to agreement. Isaac Smith and Ararat MSD R2 (30) plus PSD R3 leave, bound for the Isle of Christ, while Jackson Trengove, PSD R2 and MSD second pick (18) from the Smugglers will head to Armadillo territory. Media outlets advise that no further comment apart from 'win-win' will be made by either club when they were contacted this evening.

Trade confirmed. Lachie only managed three matches in his short time at Southern Cross but his contribution in landing game changer Joel Selwood will always be remembered fondly by the club and its supporters . The club is looking to win now and feel Jelwood is an important piece of the puzzle in the Sandgropers taking the next step.
I was of the opinion if two coaches agreed on a trade it was a win-win , on the other hand other coaches may not agree
