What's you guys doing with mids in the ruck? Wouldn't that be 2 Out Of Position (oop) players with half points??
I posed the exact same question when I suggested our Rucks should be Mumford Kreuzer and Martin but was told that we're going on the AFL listed teams ie. FB HB C HF FF IC. so your Centre should be your Ruck and 2 Mids.....hope that clears it up. this is what I was told..... Same as it was last year Chops, just like a regular footy team with 22 players. For the ruck line, basically a ruck, ruck-rover, and a rover (in the traditional sense)

The team has been named as per the AFL standard, so rather than 'ruck' it would be better to read 'Followers'. It gives the same number of mids and rucks as per your 6:15 team posted in the Nature thread.

My best 6 players up for selection, as per average in positions. DEF....Suckling 91 Doedee 85 MID....Higgins 98 Langdon M/F 90 RUC...Sinclair 100 FWD....Robinson F/M 104 I think Robinson in the forwards and maybe Suckling in defence might be my 2. or maybe Langdon at F6 might sneak in....
