Not at all pal. By all means, comment away. The whole thing was written in the spirit and guise of all our match reports and 'press releases'; a bit of fun and a bit of silly shit to make people chuckle. I'm sure many will attest that if I don't like something or want to 'jib' people then I'll just come right out and say I think you're a dickhead.... certainly don't need to be passive aggressive and snipe people from afar. I love the FU. Best and most active fantasy footy conglomerate I am a part of. In fact I dropped another comp in the off season because it paled in comparison with our community and interactions. It's all good and all love here mate - even if you are 2 hours behind!
Southern Cross & Korumburra have reached agreement that sees the Blowflies young gun Matt Kennedy and their 4th & 5th round PSD picks head to the Sandgropers in exchange for our 1st, 3rd & 5th round PSD picks. The club would like to thank @Mick for the ease of what is the first trade completed between the clubs.
Korumburra and Groote Eylandt have come to terms on an trade which sees Braydon Preuss join the Blowflys in exchange for their 2nd & 3rd round PSD picks. A classic "win / win" trade which sees KB shore up the ruck division for years to come with the addition of Goldstein's wunderkind apprentice and sees the shrewd investment / gamble that GE's recruitment department took on the young big man pay off in spades. They managed to turn one of the last picks in the recent top up draft into 2 quality PSD picks in the space of 4 months! Sound investing indeed. Cheers @YAD69
Confirmed the win win deal with @Mick that sees 2 important PSD's come GEB's way for the lucky investment in Preuss. We wish him well at his new club.
After lengthy negotiations, Korumburra and Pakenham have come to terms on a blockbuster deal which sees Jason Johannisen, Aaron Francis and Nathan Freeman head over to the Parasites in exchange for the Blowflys receiving Gary Ablett, Brendon Goddard, and Pakenhams 3rd round PSD pick Both teams have taken a gamble here with Pakenham trading out two aging midfield guns while they still retain value to go down the rebuild path. The Parasites shore up their backline for the next 10 years with young gun Norm Smith medallist JJ and are hopeful that top 10 draft picks Francis and Freeman will develop into long term guns for the club. Korumburra will get an immediate spike in class in the midfield but with both players being 34 & 32 respectively they are uncertain of signing on for any future seasons at the club. Big gamble indeed but you've got to risk it to win the biscuit! @ddsaints
Amidst a flurry of activity Christmas Island have "won" the auction for Zac Clarke! Korumburra wish him all the best with his recovery and his future attempts at breakdancing. In return for The Zac, The Blowflys will be digging deep for a golden nugget with the Smugglers 6th round PSD pick
In what has been a very busy mid season trade period for the Blowflys yet another trade has been completed with Korumburra and Eden coming to terms on an MSD pick swap. Korumburra will receive MSD pick 6 and in exchange the Whalers will receive MSD picks 13 & 19
Banchang and Cow Bay have reached an agreement that see MSD Picks #4 #22 and #29 head over to Cow Bay in exchange for their MSD Pick #1.
And in another trade just completed, Banchang and Christmas Island have agreed to Aaron Hall and 2nd Rd PSD pick moving to Christmas Island and their MSD Pick #10 and PSD 1st Rd Pick both going to Banchang.
Surely @bryzza's Nutsy are in danger of losing their spot at the top of the trades ladder with @Mick going on a trading frenzy!
Just in case any last minute suitors are out there Foote & PSD round 1 are up for auction whilst roughead and Duryea remain open to new homes
