Man, for only a handful of games, it has sure been a long, lovely weekend!

Cruised through this week with a 1764, which while terrible, was 4 more points that my opponent.

Well, I think I won anyways, I'm pretty sure the currently listed screens have the end scores up. (And my calc skills are all lazy and whatnot!)

wooo! Happy news for so many double-digit scores, specially after he nailed the Zerrett captain pick. *Cough*thankyoudonut*cough*

I'm thinking of cashing in the orange roughie this week. He hasnt been bad, averaging 82 is okay as a forward but he doesnt get the supply up there that he did when the hawks were a really strong team. With dpp i can trade him out for any line on the field including backline via burton. The forward line is now complete and i was thinking of keeping him as cover but i reckon greenwood can probably do that job. Hanging out for lloyd down back next week so will probably go a midfielder as have two mpps in there and can afford to sacrifice one.

Have up to a 560k spend and have come up with either josh kennedy for bontempelli. Im interested in peoples thoughts on bontempelli, started the year with amazing scores but has not tonned up in the past 4 games...thats a long time for a premium mid and i have already fyfe doing that for me, and sloane who cant shake a tag. Should this be a red flag to avoid, or just a hiccup over a long season and a tough draw over the past month?

      TU: Bont
      TD: Kennedy

Man, those SCC leagues are killing it this year! If I could be assed, I'd register an account over there and give em a big ol' thumbs up. :D

Lol, I scanned through the names to see who would be exposed... figured it was probably only us two that people would be able to match teams to...

Who is 1 & 2.... they are doing very welll...

      Thanks.
I did say any line but i hadnt looked at rucks because id prefer not to trade in a ruck. It would mean moving Strnadica to fwd line and ive already got 2 playing rucks this week anyway.
So yeah, any line other than rucks i shouldve said.

Yep, there should be someone selected hopefully. Otherwise I'll just bring in a bargain basement player like McNeice to use for loopholes the rest of season.

They have so many leagues and heaps doing really well! I'd be interested to know how many leagues they've got going.

Im wondering exactly this too. He looked to have no confidence at times last game, i reckon it might have something to do with how much time he is spending forward. Also, he is still very young and its probably unfair to expect him to be up all the time. Another considerstion is that he has finished seasons strongly before. At this stage i am bringing Bont in this week and hoping he can turn it around, but im not sure, i dont feel entirely comfy about it. I also have some other ideas im throwing around too.

One of which is trading out Fyfe. What are peoples thoughts on that? I wonder how bad his injured chest is and whether it will affect him for long?

My best league is only ranked 240th! Yahoo TS doing much better, and its great to see a TS league up in the top 50 at least.

TS NBA Crew. Formerly a top 20 league a few years back, most of the same people are still in the league. Currently 240th.

I'm pretty set on trading Shaw to Lloyd this week. Yes its totally sideways, and I am running out of trades fast, but I am too frustrated with Shaw and I expect Lloyd will easily outscore him for the season. I dunno, I might think better of it before its too late.

I just typed a really long post about the other options Im considering to get some advice on them, but just typing it helped me with my decision ;) so I've deleted it.

Im pretty sure Im just gonna do that one trade this week.

Without making the extra upgrade this week, I will have 20 players playing this week with 15 of those being premiums + Witts + Scooter as well. Combined ave of top18 is 1844; combined 3ga of top18 is 1890.

Other options could potentially net me some extra points this week, but I think I'm gonna wait til next week. With the top18, it's not that big a difference and I think I should wait and see what news we hear about Fyfe, and see how players like Ablett and Bont perform this week before considering bringing them in for the run home.

Lloyd will be 20k cheaper next week, BE of 153, so could be worth the wait, if you already have 20. That trade next week would also make u about a 25-30k profit.

Having similar dilemmas. I traded Fyfe out for Scooter 2 weeks ago. I haven't seen much of Fyfe but not sold on him having regained his mid and lower body strength after his injury from last year.....this was a massive asset which I wonder whether he has fully regained to date (maybe other people are in a better position than me to comment). Anyway, I was becoming a little frustrated with his "underscoring".

I am thinking Lloyd next week also rather than this week.

Considering an "upgrade" from Heppell to any of Bont, Dusty or Jelwood. Also not that comfortable with a Bont trade atm but I guess he could easily turn it around.

Interested in anyone's thoughts on Dahlhaus as a final forward upgrade option as best forward available outside of Greene, Nankervis, Heeney, Yeo and Macrae. I know this has been brought up before.....really struggling to decide as the next best forward option and not inspired by his 3 and 5 round average of 90 or less. Any advice on this or mid options appreciated. :)

I'll have 19. Lloyd makes 20. Im only doing it this week to avoid too many rookie scores in my best 18 this week. Im not fazed about losing the cash, I should have enough for whatever I want to do for final upgrades anyway (within reason).
