Been crook and lost track over the past couple of weeks, just need clarification, current squad size is 26 so can use two draft picks without having needed to previously delist someone, to get up to 28 players? Is that how it works?

As insider said, we should all have 28 players (ignoring recent trades and delistments), and no-one is obliged to participate in any mid-season list movements (trades / drafts). I've just had a look at your list, and you only have 26 players... Have you delisted anyone?
I haven't, so don't know what's up there. If I've only got 26, I'll just take my picks in the draft to make up for those two spots then..
Pearcedale took Melksham and Jetta in the Mini Draft but they're not showing on his list in tsLeagues I would think that if you want to take 2 players in the MSD, you'll need to add Melksham and Jetta and de-list 2 or just leave your list as is and take 2 picks.
I'm really not sure. It looks as though Jake Melksham and Lewis Jetta were not added to the Pearcedale list after the mini-draft. I've updated the list now. @TigersTooTough You should now have 28 players. If you want to delist someone then please do-so in the delist thread (and then delete them from your team in TSLeagues).
Anyone else having trouble selecting and saving 4 emergencies? As per rules: 1. TEAMS (e) 4 Emergencies can be selected. They come in if a selected player does not play. I try and save 4 via Matchday and it chops one off..... ??
No mate, not having any problems like this at all... I've happily put my full team together without issue. Don't know what you're doing / not doing to get this issue.
One little problem I've just noticed in tsLeagues "Matchday" Harry Perryman has been selected in both Serengeti and Coolgardies teams..... AND even though I've deleted Hall and Griffin from my squad, they both still show in my Matchday team and I can't remove them.
Looks like Gisborne @Tomster is missing a player in TSLeagues, with only 27 on the list. @choppers might have to add the players to your list again, then remove them from your team, then delete them from your list... convoluted I know, but I don't see another solution short of talking to the big man @walesy
