Via auction: 1. Xmas Island send Trent McKenzie to King Island for PSD 64. 2. Xmas Island send Shai Bolton to Serengeti for PSD 72. @Tylo @wrightbrendan
After a bit of negotiation, Eden have decided to trade Jarrod Harbrow to Nuytsland for Steven Motlop. Motlop will provide some midfield depth while Harbrow will play well patching the Vikings' defence.
With the exit of Montagna and Boyd we were on the lookout for a replacement and while Harbrow has never reached those lofty heights he did start the season with nine tons but went cold, we are hoping he can continue his hot form throughout the whole season. We say goodbye to Motlop after one season but his move to the midfield would prove his undoing and would sit 8th and be depth only. Big thanks to @HOLKY
Maaaaaate! all I can say is.......after a couple of hiccups (Bluey and Rodney),MAYBE the Suns have finally got it right.......after all, the last bloke didn't even have the decency/gumption to address HIS players before he moved on, BUT, in his tenure, to be fair, he at least got the culture of the Club heading in the right direction. Just had no connection to the playing group. But Grublett didn't help that situation either, and both of them have moved on.....Yeehah! Now that Stewy Dewy has got the reins, I expect both Harbrow and Hanley to have improved Years.....as well as the rest of the squad, one can live in hope
Given my trading history, they either improve dramatically (Murphy, Mitchell, etc.) or fall out of form completely (Miles, Boyd [if Boyd ever had form])
With the festive celebrations dying down, Cow Bay and Serengeti have finalised a deal to swap two of the emerging stars of the competition. Serengeti are welcoming Jeremy Cameron across the seas while Alex Witherden is heading back to the mainland with some picks included in the deal. Final details; Jeremy Cameron + PSD 57 + MSD rnd 2 for Alex Witherden + PSD 33 + MSD rnd 1 (GEB)
Confirmed. Cow Bay would like to thank Serengeti for their patience and understanding in putting together this deal over many weeks and PMs. Sad to see a player from the inaugural squad leave but a decision was made to shore up the defence at the expense of one of the many forwards in the Croc squad.
Korumburra and Eden have come to terms on a deal which sees PSD picks 14 and 86 head to the Whalers while the Blowflys will receive Nick Vlastuin and PSD pick 41.
Confirmed, the Whalers wish Vlaustin luck in his future endeavours and will use the second top 20 pick well in the next draft.
With Jack Trengove and Clay Smith leaving the club as off-season delistings, the Buffaloes medical department were feeling very under utilised. To remedy the situation, management has put together a trade with the Grenades of Gisborne that sees Allen Christensen cross the waters out to Serengeti and Jasper Pittard head back to the mainland. Club doctors were reported to be very happy with the deal and are morbidly hopeful of being busy once again this season. Final details of the trade; Serengeti send Pittard + PSD pick 17 + PSD pick 90 to Gisborne in exchange for Christensen + PSD pick 12 + PSD pick 27 + PSD pick 76
Is pick 76 is Staghorn's? It appears twice under both Serengeti and Staghorn in @choppers ' post in the FU Draft Order thread
Good one, fresh. We're onto it... and by my records, Staghorn Flat originally had 9 27 45 63 91 and I can't find any trade where SF has gained that pick. Gisborne originally had 4 22 40 58 76. So, until @tyze1 can confirm, or otherwise, the trade stands.
Coaches @wrightbrendan & @Tomster Board @JPK & @choppers - please see above quote Gisborne 2018 R5 PSD now known as pick 76 makes it make to Staghorn Flat as part of the Hill / McGovern trade better revisit this trade gents
With a number of playing defenders and after lengthy negotiations, Hughenden have traded DBJ and PSD 38 to Staghorn Flat Bulls for WHE and PSD 53.
