Same as everyone else, just the first cut. I ditched Danger so I could go in with Rocky and the Bont. Naismith will likely change if Nic-Nat can get fit.
The Smugglers are pretty much a known quantity, but two first-round draft picks that finished last season well and should improve are Garner and Dunstan. This is Garner's first full pre-season (fingers crossed) and he should certainly improve on his season average of 67 (averaged 83 across the last six which I would think is closer to his output). Dunstan stormed home averaging 106 in the last six as he looked like he finally took the step up to his perceived potential. And @JPK has him in his team, so he should be a lock for everyone! However, I doubt I'd start with either as they're awkwardly priced given their finish to 2017. The other Smuggler who hasn't been getting much love, but could be a decent POD is Dayne Beams - will be interesting to see how Rocky's departure impacts his scoring, but I'm backing him to improve on his 101 average. And if wingmen were actually classified as forwards rather than mids, Bailey Dale would be a smokey for a decent mid-price pick.
Most of the Buffaloes are 'known quantities' so not much to report from Serengeti that can be helpful here, sorry gents! Keen to see how Wright & Ahern go if their bodies are right but they would need to at least be playing in the pre-season first. I like the look of Wright as a mature aged rookie price player but his body is very fragile! Intrigued to see if Daniher can make the jump to a top scoring forward. Started the year strongly last year but only 2 scores over 100 after round 10 after having 4 in the first 9 rounds. He is only 23 so it could be experience/body adjusting to afl as a KPP or just the inconsistency we see from a lot of other KPP's
Been playing around with the team picker and am toying with going heavy in the mids. This team has $205k left over

White Line Fever has finally joined. My team below; everyone subject to change. I have 136k in the bank, not sure if I’ll save it for my first upgrade during the season or use it now.
Ballsy , no dnager/mitchell/martin. Mids and forwards run deep , i do think you'll need to spend that $136 on upgrading birchall no certain starter for rnd 1
Yeah Birchall is a worry. I’m contemplating downgrading O’Meara to a rookie as he’s not going to end up a top 10 mid so might as well use the extra coin elsewhere. If I go Brayshaw I’ll pick up another 120k which I could use to get Mitchell in the middle or maybe Hibberd down back. No doubt there’ll be a few changes coming up.
A suggestion if you downgrade O'Meara. Coffield (M/D) slots in there and can then swing with Hanley and Finlayson.
And Hanley(10) Finlayson(13) and Coffield(14) all have different byes which may help if you still have them by then.
