Interested to know what everyone's doing re. rookies this week? You sticking to your guns and fielding the likes of Naughton or knee jerking in all the highest scorers from your bench last week?
Personally I'm tempted to stick fat, had Naughton on the ground last week for a reason. I may however be more tempted to replace the likes of Barry with Holman or Kelly. The kind of call that usually goes the wrong way for me no matter what decision I make!

Whoever is in charge of uploading the team changes to the AFL website should be replaced.

We currently have some teams with 1 in but no outs (WC), 1 in and 3 outs (Bris), no ins but 2 outs (Melb) and on it goes.

      Bloody hopeless.

Yes @Jason, the worst! I think they're somehow including the emergencies in the ins and outs maybe or something.

That wouldn't explain any of the teams that I mentioned though. They are just incorrect.

The individual club websites have different and hopefully correct information. I haven't checked them all yet, but the Western Bulldogs squad announcement is correct whereas afl.com.au is not.

From the Sunday teams are any of Ryan, Venables or Barry in danger of not making the 22 ??

I’m not planning on going with highest round 1 scorers, but I still might swap some around a bit.
Like I plan on starting Brayshaw still, but will probably drop Banfield for Holman or Kelly (I think Holman).

Bit like having the name Stark in GOT, if you're called Crouch in the AFL, you're going to have a bad time.

I've kept all my rookies and just moved Naughton to the pine and Doedee on field for 115 pts. I'll cop that. And moved Banfield to the bench and brought on Dangerfield.....

For the moment I have ruled out using Libba as a loophole unless I decide that I should trade Libba to Parker on Sunday and Brayshaw smashes out a ton on Saturday night. Cripps and Coniglio seem decent value and there are also several options if I want to bring Rayner/Finlayson into mids via dpp so I will give them all some thought.

Hence it is 3/395 for me excl Dusty's VC score as I do not have a C loophole to use unless Barry is dropped or Ryan is dropped and I field D Fogarty's 44 over Rayner or Fritsch.

Right now I need to decide on which Ruck to trade in out of Goldy, Stef, and Nic Nat given that I didnt bring in either Sauce of Nank prior to the first game.

Dom Barry I would say is safe this week - Port will go in with the 1 change, Robbie in for Paddy - looking at the Port Magpies team selection, Neade, Amon and McKenzie are all named to play (Saturday arvo vs Adelaide), however Jack Trengove is not named for the Magpies, so I would assume he will be the travelling emergency for the Power.

As a side note (especially for those on here from SA), my landlord's son will be making his SANFL league debut for the Magpies on Saturday arvo - Levi Proude is most likely the last of the Magpies Eyre Peninsula zone selections (zone which has been taken away from the Magpies by the SANFL) to rise through the Magpies junior ranks to play senior SANFL footy for Port (game is televised on channel 7 - Levi will wear the highly regarded #7 guernsey made famous by Russell Ebert before he became Magpies captain).
Levi also had a pretty unusual pre-season training program, being involved in the Australian Spartan show that will have it's final shown on channel 7 on Monday night (at least here in SA it is) - Levi's team is actually in the final!!!
