I think it depends what your team is looking like.

I have used my trades quicker than hoped and only have 16 left after this week's 2. But I only have 4 more spots to upgrade (plus a couple of spuddy premiums which I might sideways).

Not ideal, but I'm ok with this.

Only using 1 this week which will leave me with 19 trades.

Planning on bringing Gray in after Rd 10 to complete my forward line.
Then I'll just need 2 def upgrades and 1 mid upgrade.

The last one is an interesting thought ... Webster didn't crack a single ton last year in 18 games, but now this year he's done it 4 times in 6 games with a lowest score of 81, and is the 4th ranked defender. Any Saints fans can tell us why? And is it sustainable?

I've got 20 trades left after two upgrades this round, and 5 spots left to upgrade until full premo. 6 if you don't include Devon Smith.

Wondering if it's worth tossing Hurley out for Yeo? I only brought Hurley in last week, but wonder if the Dons might rest him until after his bye?

Is it time to let Merrett go and bring in Danger? Interested in people’s thoughts

If I had to choose, I would pick Murphy, but can you loophole Murphy? That might be better? Thats what Im doing in def.

This is something I have strongly considered myself this week.
I decided in the end that it is not worth it because I think i'll be better off upgrading other positions before worrying about Merrett.

I did some sideways trades early in the season, but now that our rookies are fattened up, i think its best to upgrade them as fast as we can and then worry about any underperforming premiums later.

However I guess it does depend on the makeup of your team. If you for some reason dont have any rookies that are ready to be traded then yeah it probably would be a good idea to trade Zerrett to Danger

That’s pretty much my situation. I’ve got one more week before I cull anymore. I think I’ll go Naughton to yeo and Merrett to danger

I also think this is the week to bring danger in plus he has dropped more in price than Merrett which kinda makes me happy and feel like it wasn’t a complete waste starting with him

Oh yeah and I can loop hole that 150 he scores this week

yanno, also, I reckon many on here would suggest holding Merrett and saving the trade, but Im a bit more aggressive with the trades I think. Theres a lot of risk, but go for it I reckon. Just watch Zerrett outscore Danger now though. At least Zerrett is playing midfield! haha
