      Mirra dropped :(
I wanted him to earn more before the bye.

Mirra dropped hurts, unless Murphy plays will have a zero without swinging Sicily forward via Keefe DPP.
Was going to go Kelly > Danger but maybe now the time is to go Mirra > Lloyd

TU - time to get Danger
TD - upgrade Mirra to Lloyd

if its too avoid a zero definitely go mirra to lloyd. if you have 6 defenders including sicily, then kelly to danger. i think

is Tim Smith a must get? No one really ripe for the cull... Fritsch, Guelfi still $ to make, could DPP but Brayshaw Spargo again not ready to go just yet. Holman is invaluable over the byes and Kelly needs to be an upgrade not downgrade. What is the consensus out there?

      Im not worrying about him.
He will make a lot of cash, but we dont really need that from rookies at this time of year. I feel like I've got enough rookies maturing to be able to fully upgrade my team anyway.

Im prioritising players like Rockliff, Walters and Simpson over rookies this week, so Im actually sideways trading Zerrett to Rocky which gives me cash to upgrade Higgins to Walters. Im not happy with Zerrett and I might live to regret the trade, but I'm (recklessly) going for it!

My TG team, I had cash in the bank, so Im doing a double upgrade to Simpson and Walters.

If no one is ripe for the cull then just downgrade Kelly for this week. That will generate a lot of cash that can be used for upgrades when those guys have mooed fully and hate moving them on when there is still money to make as well.

Mirra out hurts and together with Murphy no bench and they can’t really be relied upon to provide bench cover which is not what you want during the bye rounds. At least one more pay rise would have been nice. I think I’ll stick with my planned trades of Kelly to rocky and Fritsch to smith but Brayshaw from the demons is very tempting at his price to start shoring up the backline a bit so will have another look today. Would really like 3 trades this week!

Was thinking of 2 trades this week one of Stephenson or Fritsch - Smith then Kelly via dpp of Mclean Spargo Heeney or Petracca to Walters, or dont use dpp and Kelly - Danger

Not quite sure what to do this week. I still have 5 spots to upgrade/fix - 2 rookies in def, 1 mid, plus Petracca and Billings in the fwds, though I may try to hold Petracca as M9/F7 cover. I'm a bit light for cash and grabbed Smith last week so, with Mirra out, I may have to go early on him and bring in one of Ridley or Rice for cash. If Murphy plays, I could hold Mirra and cull Cole instead.

For my second trade, I'm looking at one of Rocky, Walters and Brayshaw. My four options are:

:thumbsu:: Cole to Brayshaw. 19k bank heading into the byes.
:thumbsd:: ZGL to Rocky. 30k bank. (moves McLean from mids to fwds)
:1:: Billings (or Fritsch) to Rocky. 120k (or 168k) bank. (moves McLean from mids to fwds)
:2:: Billings (or Fritsch) to Walters. 75k (or 123k) bank.

I got told about a bot that the AFL runs on Facebook Messenger - just search for and add 'AFL'.

Apparently (I dunno, I avoid social media for the most part) it just spams you with whatever the latest news is - standard sounding stuff.

However, it does let you filter the news by various categories, and as of this weekend, one of those is Late Changes.

Dunno how on the pulse it will be, but if solid, could be a way of getting late out notifications delivered straight to the phone

Had a quick look no matter who of Danger or walters and Smith for either Fritsch or Stephenson and Kelly it wont effect my byes as Kelly for Danger or Walters have the same bye as does a trade out for Smith in for the cows.

Option 1 - Stephenson and Kelly for Walters and Smith (using Mclean dpp)
Option 2 - Stephenson and Kelly for Danger and Smith (no dpp required)
Option 3 - Fritsch and Kelly for Smith and Danger
Option 4 - Fritsch and Kelly for Smith and Walters
Option 5 - Stephenson and Kelly for Lloyd/Webser and Smith (via dpp Sicily and Mclean)

Was gonna get T Smith but he would actually add to my Round 13 bye issues (already got 4 fwds with R13 bye!)

So now I'm trading Higgins > Rockliff and T Kelly > Coniglio.

I should've made that second trade last week...

No late changes for either side.

I signed up for the same late changes alert, it just let me know at 6.21pm there were no changes.

This could be a very useful application for the 3.10pm-3.20pm Sunday window where the last game late changes are announced just before the 2nd last game starts.

The other option I was considering was Fritsch & Higgins out for Smith and Rocky. I had planned to start Cripps on the bench to loophole him.

Cripps is struggling in this game tonight!

In hindsight, I don’t know why I pulled the trigger on the trades already. I usually leave them to last minute.
I could’ve made Cripps mid emergency and then decided which trade option would’ve been better based on how he went tonight.

Cripps has ceased to be my priority choice after the bye, he seems to be struggling he is bound up like a trotter, maybe I'll keep tracking Ed Curnow as an option instead as Zerrett can't give a yip either.
