Happy to do what's needed mate, though the above isn't quite what James and I have been doing. I have been looking after Team lists and Draft sheets James has been managing Pick lists and Trades Both of us have worked to kick the drafts themselves along and have also backed each other up as needed
Im happy to give this a go, but Im also happy for TTH to jump into this role given he has his own ladder predictor set up! I cant do as good a job Im sure.
go right ahead @anthak as for the ladder predictor I developed for the 8 team ORFFW there is no way I would try to adapt it to a 16 team comp
