I would've waited for any ruling from @4nsy before trying to push through trades during a delistment period. We've never done that before since there's always been a gap between trade deadline, delist deadline and draft start. My suggestion would be to wait until one of Kel (can we contact him anywhere else, just emails?) or TiB comes back and delists, then immediately start the draft getting someone else to fill in drafting. Depending on how much we care about things, they either get auto-delists or the caretaker does delistments.
I tried to get a ruling 3 minutes after H last commented. If the decision/vote/whatever we do is against it then that's fine, but if it's accepted then the details are already out there so no worry about missing it. I'm not especially fazed either way.
Yeah I don't want to say with finality on anything, because I haven't really been here and I wasn't Hornsy last time I checked in the mirror. But after watching Face/Off even that can't be trusted can it...
