    Thursday Teams have dropped.
    https://m.afl.com.au/match-centre/2019/3/adel-v-geel

What’s your move this week? Pick up rookies on the bubble or cull under performing Premo?

Is Rocky a must, even with games against known taggers coming up?

    Or is Libba back?

Hope you kept him in - a late repreive when Myers got ill, and now that Mutch is injured he'll likely hold his place next week.
I already ditched him; I went Ridley and Heeney out, Rocky and Caleb Daniel in via Duursma switching to Def. I am backing Daniel to be F6; seems its actually him rather than Dunkley doing the consistent scoring and I guess with them losing Dalhaus someone had to pick up more forward line possessions for them.
McKernan is playing solely as a forward, very occasional ball-in far forward. He's playing in Daniher's slot till he's sorted. Clarke is only in because they wanted to go with 2 rucks against Gawn. With 1 ruck, McKernan would do a few restarts but they're trying to avoid it by look of it.
I tend to agree with that theory normally, but Macrae did score 189 against the Suns last year...

Some holes in your logic here:
Dahlhaus played permanent mid in 2018, not as a forward though
Daniel is currently playing as a defender, not a forward.

I should be happy at already having Lycett, Worpel, Newman, Lloyd, Whitfield and all the best rookies.
But in retrospect I actually had too many rookies/mid-pricers.
Scrimshaw, Duursma, Collins, Clark, Ridley, Cousins, Libba, Walsh, Constable, Butters, Scott, Atkins, Josh Bruce, Drew, Setterfield and Parker. It left me light on the field.
But also means it's a gamble on who to bring in - Laird has underperformed, Rocky and Boak are both risks when Wines returns one of them is getting ousted (I'm hoping it's Boak goes back to mostly fwd line).
I decided to go Ridley & Heeney out, for Rocky and Caleb Daniel in. I can't see Rocky being worse than Mid-8 and I'm banking on Daniel being at least F-6. Absolute worst-case he's got a good bye, and I shouldn't lose cash on him. If Lycett ends up as a keeper either as a fwd or ruck, I'm already a trade better off than I could have been, and if Newman, Libba or Worpel ends up being a keeper then I'm laughing.

Ha, fair enough then - Doggies are about the only team I haven't seen this year yet so I didn't actually know where he was playing. Picked off stats analysis, that he's getting more of the footy than he used to and doesn't appear to be inaccurate.

Indeed. He is playing as the distributor from half back and scoring very well as a result.
Only danger is whether he continues to score that well when Johannisen returns in the next week or two.

I appreciate the info. Hopefully the Bombers want to play 2 rucks against Stef Martin next week as well and Clarke plays better in his 2nd game.

It's time for final decisions (this week) regarding Heeney.

I hadn't realised that he played so early in the round but think that I will hold and save the trade for later on.

Looks like you can just save your trade.

      Who is your R3 option?
Trade could be another way but I wouldnt just for pts this week.

Do you have Macrae or maybe Grundy (v’s Vardy) could go bigger!

R3 is Clark (Ess), already played.
In terms of loophole options, its a matter of: Shite creek, no paddle!

Take next best. Macrae if you have him will get 40 possessions. Grundy about to kick off.

      Well that was a disaster...

      Traded Heeney, he goes large.
Brought in Rocky after dismissing Neale as someone who'll soon get tagged, and Boak as the Power player likely to suffer the return of Wines. And Sheed because I don't trust the Eagles midfield setup. And Rocky gets what, 38 points?
I've got Lycett as R2 too and was hoping he could be relied on enough to get to the byes.

I still look like scoring 2330 or thereabouts this week but I think it's been a pivotal week, and not in a good way.

      Yep, I feel ya.
Just got home after an evening out and checked Rocky’s score and am so disappointed. It was always a chance after last season’s up and down performances, but geez I hoped he’d put that behind him.
