    Round 9 Teams have dropped.

Important Outs: Constable (Gee - Omitted), Brayden Ham (Ess - Omitted), Keilty (Mel - Omitted), Ross (Ric - Injured), Coniglio (Gws - Injured),

    Rookies Of Interest -
    • (GWS) Hatley named on extended bench - yeah right. I'd be holding all bets until 100% locked in.
    • (WCE) Rotham not name at all.
    • (STK) Joyce not named at all.
    • (MEL) Preuss named as emergency (also named on field for Casey Demons)
    • (MEL) Sparrow - see above
    • (SYD) Rowbottom named for his 3rd game (midfield option and sits at -7)
    New Blood -
    • (MEL) Oskar Baker $123K [Mid] - Mature age, Super fast
    • (STK) Robbie Young $117K [Fwd] - Mature age, Aggressive & Hunts is own footy
    • (BRI) Mitchell Hinge $123K [Def] - Mature age, Silky left footer & Intercept marker
    • (GEE) Darcy Fort $117K [Ruc] - no thanks
    • (RIC) Riley Collier-Dawkins $121K [Mid] - Inside mid, Outside speed
    • (RIC) Callum Coleman-Jones $123 [Ruc/Fwd] - Mature age, 200cm, JS - Maybe Ok
At least there may be a few new rookies on the horizon this week.

    - What's your move (s) this week?
    - Got any questions?
    - How many on field players do you have (at the moment) for your byes (? / ? / ?)
    - Trades Left?

Reminder - Don't trust Chris Scott (Oh - Constable named on field in VFL)

    Good Luck

Trades this week - Either T.Kelly, J.Kelly or Fyfe.

Looking forward to new rookies. Anyone got some intel on the new Rookies?
On field players (at the moment) for the byes (22 / 16 / 22)
      - 23 trades Left

      Only one problem -

Bye structure is pretty good, trades are ordinary as I've had to fix a few injury holes along the way.
Rowbottom is my in rookie this week, already have Hately and hoping he makes the cut, but with Lids and Perryman fit he may not

Even if Hately makes the cut he worries me as he’ll be out once Cogs comes back. With the higher price tag as well. Shame as that BE is tasty.
Think I will double upgrade after double downgrade last week:
      Libba > Neale
Walsh > T Kelly (via Drew)

May change if Drew not named

Bye structure is 23, 18, 19. $91k, 21 trades. Could goes Gibbons to Hately, then either Baker to Dunkley or Duursma to Laird. But Hately JS does look shakey at best.

I doubled down last week was going to 1 up 1 down this week to then allow a 1 up next week. Was looking at Hatley for Parker via T.Kelly DPP. Then move on either of Walsh Brayshaw, Libba or Constable (maybe Atkins) - Kelly or Fyfe. Thinking Constable as he has not been selected again.
      What are peoples thoughts
If Hately is named and i move parker on who to say goodbye to for Fyfe/Kelly
      Option 1 - LIbba
      Option 2 - Walsh
      Option 3 - Constable
      Option 4 - Brayshaw
Option 5 - any other suggestions

Agree I think they will be ahead of Hates.

Decided to keep Heeney now as he has already lost me the money, I think he will eventually be top 6 fwd. not wasting trade on him. Now the dilemma of Hately v Stocker v Rowbotham. Who is the go to of these I would like Hately but Leon Cameron obviously doesn't, have Walsh , Gibbon and Libba in mid 1 has to for upgrade.

If they give him two weeks off to fix his ankle and hip injuries, he’ll stop bleeding cash and come back healthier.

Geelong with the early late change...

      Constable now in
      Atkins out (hip)

That helps me decide my trade for the week, Walsh and Gibbons to Kelly and Stocker (considering Rowbottom but not sold on him, I don't love Stocker either though).

How do people see Stocker vs Rowbottom?
      Thumb up Stocker
      Thumb dn Rowbottom

Stocker JS may not be great from next week with a few names set to return from injury, perhaps Carlton are going to put games into him considering what they did to get him?
Rowbottom hasn't played much, but perhaps Sydney will be playing the kids for the rest of the year and he might get a run at it for a few weeks which could be great over byes?

Realistically we aren't expecting them to turn into cash cows, JS over the next 6 weeks (byes) is probably more important. Also saving $9k on Rowbottom is perhaps something else to consider with cash generation not looking great as it is currently.
