With the byes now in the rearview mirror we can put our best players back on the park and see whether our teams measure up in a traditional 22 player vs 22 player contest.

We may be welcomed with a glut of rookies with Hately back in and Naish, Hind and Logue all on the bubble.

Can't justify a double downgrade this time of year.. i think Logue is the best downgrade option. Cash in Hore as should score close to the same.

I am holding Hore as D5 for now but can bring Logue in as D6 and shift Duursma into the mids as M8 (or upgrade him).

Some might already have 3 of Hately, Naish, Hind and Logue but I reckon most will only have 1 or 2 of them. Therefore I think the double downgrade will be tempting for a lot of teams if all of Naish, Hind and Logue get named tonight.

For now I am planning to bring in Logue as part of a 1 down, 1 up to bring in either Daniel or Macrae in as a premo. If I change course it will most likely be to bring in Logue and Hately as I already have Hind and would prefer Logue or Naish but am not overly keen on getting both.

One more for the Thumbs moving Parker on
Both via TKelly dpp mid to fwd

      TU- Hind
      TD - Hately

This will give the cash generation for possible double upgrade next week

      Hey All
After some advice, Chasing best overall position this year over leagues so I have pumped through the trades.
Went from around 1000 ranking to 5000 through the byes as I lost about 400pts from injuries.
Rocky rejoins the never again list.....
Trades are on rations, though I think one good trade this week could sure up team for the run home.

I'm happy with my Fwd: Dunk, Danger, Kelly, Walters, Boak, Parish(risk/reward b/c of ownership) Bench: Gardner, Young (Capt.Loophole options now.)
Rucks: Gawn, Grundy. Bench: Pines.... Another Loophole
Mids: Jelly, Parker, Fyfe, Cripps, Neale, Bont, Mouch and Rocky!!!!! Bench: Baker, Clarke, Rowbottom.
Def: Lloyd, Hurn, Houli, Laird, B.Smith, Logue/Hore Bench: Rotham.

Thinking of a Hore & Rocky trade and bringing in Macrae and Naish or Hartlett????
Will leave D5 as B.Smith and D6 as either Logue or Naish… And one of the 3 will be there for the run home.
A bit weaker than I hoped with plans but serviceable.

Trades left if I chose this option, Hate to say it but ONE!!!!
Will be the best team I have ever had, with the chance to score 2500 a week or bigger.
But only one trade for Break in Case of Emergency.....

TU- Go Hard or Go Home!
TD- Hold on to those 3 Trades- Your Gonna Need them!

If you're ultimately hoping for best total score at the end of the season, you're gonna have to hold... Rocky hopefully returns shortly and he represents good value, Hore hopefully just had a bad week so I think your backline looks fine...

A small increase in your weekly score now will be more than offset by one or two donuts in the last few weeks....

If you plan to use the DPP, then Smith... otherwise Duursma

Drew back in for anyone still holding him.

Hore, Naish and Liam Baker (Rich) all on the 8 man extended interchange.

I am having second thoughts now on trading Parker! I can hold him and trade Smith - Logue and maybe Stocker to Hind will still leave 11 trades and 463k! If I did Parker instead of Stocker for Hind would leave me with an extra 42k (505k)!

      TU - Stocker - Hind (11 trades 463k)
      TD - Parker - Hind (11 trades 505k)

With Cripps out, I need to decide who to play on-field in his place... and I presume a number of other coaches have a similar dilemma.

      1) D.Clarke - can he regain the form of his first two outings, being dragged into the play presumably by Kelly/Cogs?
      2) Lockhart - had a day out last weekend. Named on the field.
      3) Duursma - hit and miss most weeks
      4) Setterfield - hasn't scored well so far, but he's named in the guts with Cripps out - could lift scoring immensely with a new role?!

Option 1 just started playing mate, early lockout and all. I put him at M9 and will see how he goes before figuring out whether to loophole his score.
