Gday F'ers, Hope you all had a nice, relaxing midseason break. Just some housekeeping, please, please, please each person head to TsLeagues and make sure your squad is up to date with trades, delistings and draftees. This will not always be done for you so please check. For this round, can everyone make sure to go to their team selection and click the 'clear team' button before submitting their new squad as this assists with the backend stuff running smoothly and with the coming fixture issues we don't want to cause any hassle for the top brass!

Tarrant and Mayne are both outs after leaving the Swamp and Selwood, Mumford, JDG, Hayward and Hill are injured, with those 7 players replaced by bombers duo Zaharakis and Cutler as well as a handful of newcomers in Daicos, O'Connor, Fox, Farrell and Banfield A sudden injury crisis aside the 29ers have managed to field the full complement of emergencies with Clurey, Jones, Williamson and forgotten young gun Lachie Fogarty named in the key slots. and all ready to contribute if called upon.
The 29ers absolutely hate visiting Wedge Island - the current score is WIW @Bearfly 996/11 leading the 29ers 909/13 by 87 points. Blicavs, C Guthrie, Miers and Serong are yet to play for the Whales who are poised to capture the Unofficial ORFFF Champions title for the first time ever and also put themselves firmly into the race for the final eight. Meanwhile the 29ers debutants O'connor and Banfield must tally 149 or more between them in the Monday night game to avoid the club's lowest ever team score, and a club record losing margin is also a definite possibility.
West Coast helped me out here by withdrawing Jeremy McGovern late It was actually McGovern who I tried to move at the last min before lockout. I’d planned to put him on the bench and make Heath Shaw interchange emergency. So it’s all played out the same as it wouldve anyway
Update from Jan Juc and in a game best consigned to history quickly we see the Fugitives all out for 1137, the Ducks have copped a bagel courteous of a loop hole backfiring at 881/14/63 with Hawkins needing 256 to tie things up! Late outs, injuries and generally poor scoring in this one. @thokash
Haha yeah a definite mixed bagged for the Ducks this round with Grundy having a mare, Boak copping the Steele tag and another injury with Daniel Rich going down. Swings and roundabouts! Then we had the new draftees - Collins an outstanding 117 as emergency, great idea to loophole that only to be betrayed by fellow draftee Trent "The Cannon" McKenzie pulling out with his own injury, ensuing said donut. Hannan, who I took just to be a playing forward in this time of crisis, had an outstanding game scoring 23 SC points. All the while Bailey Scott put in another NAB Rising Star performance this week which I'm sure he will not repeat again this season! Kind of regret letting Ablett go too now that we somehow fell into a fell H&A plus finals series, not exactly sure how that happen but 2020 is a crazy year.
Mole Creek has put in one of their greatest performances to close out the win over Cockburn 1477 to 1128. Disappointing scores from Graham, Perryman and a limited Cripps coupled with an injury to Tucker when on 0 cost the chance of a 1500 score and they are counting the cost with injuries to Walters and Tucker likely to test the teams depth coming into the chaos rounds over the next month.
Interestingly, because Tucker was injured with a score of 0 it activated Rankine's score as an emergency.
