The Vic/Tas teams consists of players from the following sides:

    Charlie's Opening Spelunkers
    Cradle Mountain Devils
    Gariwerd Cockatoos
    Lovely Banks Lilacs
    Mount Beauty Uglies
    Nareewillock Nuffers
    Nowhere Else Wanderers
    Venus Bay Vultures
    Wineglass Bay Packers

A quick review through the team lists has led to the following shortlist but we need to select an ORFA standard 4-4-1-4-2 lineup - others outside of this list can also be nominated

    soo squad.png

Lukosius for the Packers and Ebert/Dumont for the Nuffers need to be slotted in to get the 1 player per club quota filled

Can the other coaches and hangers on have their say about the squad

Pretty emaciated carcass here at the goon.

    first choice is prob
    Harry Perryman M - 5 round avg of 101

Simpkin F/M is on the nose and should be avoided.

Brennan Cox F is in a good vein of form with 92 & 117 in last two.

I’ll leave it with you to choose our mandatory one warm body.

The Spelunkers would offer up The Bont, Zac Merrett and Andrew Brayshaw (as a forward) as their 3 nominees, not sure The Bont or Zac do enough to break into the midfield though

    I reckon here’s a start for the Vic/Tas team:

    D: Laird, Stewart, Short,
    M: Steele, Bont, Lyons, Merrett
    R: Gawn
    F: Brayshaw, Ebert, Petracca, Martin
    I: Crouch, Lukosius

We’ve got a strong top 5 midfielders, but those two, Bont & Merrett are easily one the conversation

You might need to make the whole team, mate. In case nobody else from your team turns up.

The cows contribute the following names; a caveat: current ability may not match their historic ratings.
    D - Zac Bailey 16/80; Bailey Williams (16/84)
    M - Nat Fyfe (13/113), Tom Mitchell (16/113); Sam Menegola (16/108), Josh Dunkley (10/106)
    F - Brandan Parfitt (13/86), Tom Papley (16/79)

Should be one there to fill my quota?

OK here is some data (top players by position), and a team based purely on the data for the VicTas champions... I haven't checked for injuries/form etc

    thanks @Bandit

howe and mcgrath were the major injuries

crisp, gaff or Parker would need to come in to retain a Venus bay rep

Lukosius to be the packers rep seems logical

as stated Ebert is another Nuffers option but I would prefer Dumont as IC2 unless squeezed out in any reshuffle

Wow - The Rest looks strong this year. Take it we don't have a 'C' in this.

Who is our coach for The Rest?

I think it is Coach TiB. I had a go two years ago and got comprehensively, monumentally stuffed. My rep coaching days are over.
