They had Crowden locking him down before but he went off the chain that quarter. Somehow had a huge quarter there (Daniel helped) and now WPW 6pts in front?!
Scores are yoyo-ing at the moment and Hunter just slots in a goal! Went from a high of 12 pts to WPW to now NIN by 12. Down to wire!
Game over! Got it as WPW +8. Won't call it though until scaling with Hunter/English/Daniel all set to do well from that. Amazing game by Lachie. Closest ever FFF granny?
Yowsers! Yeah I got you on 1508. Faaark! I’m tallied at 1469. Threw everything at ya mate. Well played. Awesome finish. Big Grats !!
I don't think I've given one of your players extra points, have triple-checked footywire - did you want to compare? Thanks for the congrats, still sinking in coz it was so close! Didn't feel confident at all when Hunter was going large and even into the last quarter (it looked like at least) you were still very close. A lot of strong teams this year so thanks everyone for the season in these strange times.
Yeah I didn’t loop Tarrant. Bailey came in and got a hunk of junk. Great team you’ve assembled there. Worthy back to back flags mate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Congrats to both sides @That KI Guy @port_leschenault on their seasons and playing out a truly epic Grand Final, and fitting sequel following on from the 29 point margin in the 2019 big dance which remains the closest GF margin. Pending official confirmation of scores the Noahs appear to have posted the 2nd highest losing score in ORFFF history as well as the 3rd highest finals score ever. Meanwhile the Woylies have reeled off one of only 17 scores ever over 1500 in the decisive game and the match aggregate is the 3rd highest of 643 ORFFF matches over 5 seasons. The Woylies are now deserved back to back ORFFF premiers and the first side to record multiple titles. The fifteen other ORFFF clubs will now need to plan and execute well to prevent a threepeat in 2021.
Ah I completely missed him, thought he wasn't playing! Thanks for the write up TTH. Turns out it wasn't as close as I though by about ~20 point. A threepeat will be very hard, there's a lot of lists that still have huge potential for years to come.
Wow some impressive scores in here, apologies I couldn't quite knock out the Woylies in the first final I will try harder next year when we undoubtedly meet again.
