Nuffers holding picks 59, 61 and 83. If anyone at the back end of the draft wants to trade up to 59, 61 or both by providing a compensatory improvement to the Nuffers (early) 3rd and/or 4th and/or 5th round picks in the 2022 ORFFA PSD then hit me up via pm.
It does. As I just said privately, too many drafts with different rules. That said this is the slowest draft the ORFFA has ever had. We need a collective finger extraction.
I think our quickest period was prior to the official start time where the first 7 picks were selected within 3.5 hours.
The Nuffers will also consider offers of a fringe but playing defender for pick 59 or 61 as a straight swap if a team values an option in the draft more than a player on their list.
I was definitely a contributing factor to this, and apologies If it is any solace to you all, I picked people almost at random, so my spud to star ratio should be through the roof
Still need two more coaches to approve this trade in the completed trades thread before we can continue the draft.
Cripps was clear-cut at the top of the Devils draftboard for pick 66. Just considering options for an experienced healthy forward in their AFL Club's best 22. Whilst I am checking the free agent pool if anyone has got an experienced healthy forward in their AFL Club's best 22 that they are interested in trading to the Devils for pick 66 send me a PM.
Very interesting to see how this slip up by Fitzy confirmed my assumption that Jiath Changkuoth would not last until my pick 75. Fitzy tried to select him at 73. Who knows how he will go, but I'm happy with my decision to trade up in the draft to get him.
Looking for playing best 22 midfielders. Willing to part with one of the below forwards; Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti FWD Brody Mihocek FWD Jack Riewoldt FWD Drop me a PM if you have any interest.
Post draft the Nuffers require a warm body to fill D4 or D5 duties and wish to swap for an older, fringe or depth midfielder or forward of similar value as the outgoing player for a 1 for 1 swap. Players that may be of interest include from oldest to youngest Hanners, Tom McDonald, Brad Hill, Darcy Tucker, Jack Petrucelle, Ed Richards, Chayce Jones, Sam Philp or Charlie Lazzaro. For the first four I would accept a player 1-2 years younger back but younger is fine, for the other 5 a player under 23 back my way is required. Hit me up via pm if you wish to discuss a trade.
Perhaps a major concern in fantasy land is no more team announcements on Thursday night. I take it from this if you haven't nailed your rookies, you will be up for trades to fix them. As for this wonderful place called TS, assume we will have permanent rolling lockout? Also assume everyone up to speed on what you can loop and not hole.
What just happened? I have four new players... pulled them out of a barrel of monkeys (only the people my age in here will know what they are) I have no idea what I am doing this year, so now is your chance to snap up a bargain... hit me with what you think might be a reasonable trade and I might well say yes. I will probably say no but who knows! *Chels taxes may apply
I think that is a fair assumption until some semblance of normality returns (if this isn't the new norm... who is Norm, other than the dude on the Life Be In It ads (showing my age again)) So let's go with rolling lockouts until further notice, loopholing will be scrutinised
