2 questions, do these players stay on our list (and we either cut more when lists go back to 30) and can be traded, or are they only on for this season then become free agents again? Can we play these players at any time, or can they only be used if we have covid outs and not enough to field a team with our regular lists. Not sure if these were answered and maybe should have asked earlier.
@leematty1 I did query the model and received the above response I am firmly of the understanding (correct or otherwise) that the players selected are additions to the team until the completion of the season when they are “auto delisted” and revert to Free Agent status and there can be no trading of selected players. Hopefully this can be clarified but noting my first pick was made on this basis and I likely would have picked differently otherwise.
Having looked at a few teams people have put both clones in their teams to get them off the FA board. Woylies and whoever grabbed Tsitas are showing as one down until they're added.
I assumed as this draft started after they were signed it was okay? Happy to pick again if I'm wrong.
I didn't have Hayes on list to pick after the other draft. Not sure how many others would've had him or Dixon to select before Kash to ninja if known. But whatever, I have next pick ready?
I very nearly drafted Hayes at pick 1 of this draft, reason being he was listed (as a Saint) when this draft started, which is the rule we follow for all ORFFF drafts.
Cool thanks for confirming @TheTassieHawk, I suppose I would just recommend to try maximise communication around this, just a sentence in the draft thread would be fine - some of us are in multiple league with different rules so it's quite easy to get muddled up. Probably won't be an issue in the future with this draft being one-of-a-kind (hopefully!)
