Welcome @JoshyC , good to have you on board. Don't want to dampen your enthusiasm (far from it in fact). trading is restricted to around the pre-season and mid-season drafts. Maybe concentrate on getting the best team on the park in the remaining H&A rounds. If you have any questions about how that works, or anything else about ORFFL, feel free to ask.
yep, got that...just laying the ground work for a 2023 pre-season shuffle. since i missed the mid season draft, can i ask for special consideration to reverse those picks made on the incumbent coaches behalf (ned long...lol) and dip into what is left of the pool? could that be voted on?
Need to clarify - who would go out - who would come in. Without a bus driver, decision probably needs to go to a vote.
it would be the 3 selected in the MSD (ben long, ned long & shane mcadam) + 4 or 5 players that are just not getting games (k.strachan, m.wallis, d.macpherson, j.madgen) or that are knocking on deaths door (JJK and Cunners for example). it has not been a good couple of drafts for SIS (who took Cunners in the first round of the PSD???), and we really need to invest in good youth. could you guys either pick a driver for the bus, or put it to a vote pls? because as it stands, i have 2 regular playing fwds and need to start the rebuild now.
I would favour the original proposal, i.e., delist the 3 MSD picks and select 3 from F/A. All those not in favour please put your views here before Saturday night 7pm or the motion passes.

Personally I am not stressed either way but don't feel too much has changed since the MSD that anyone would be disadvantaged by anyone selected really...
If we are happy to accept 3 + 3 I am okay with that. The pond looks pretty thin and I don't think we would compromise next year's PSD too much. I am operating on the basis that we want to make a new coach feel welcome (until he starts winning) and the stronger our respective teams are the stronger the league. Deadline stands.
A word of caution to @JoshyC - picks are subject to confirmation by @Len and his control spreadsheets. Did not have to go far through the FA list to spot a player on that list who was taken in the first ten picks of the recent MSD but who has not been added to a team list. Edit: first ten picks not first five picks.
how does it sound @JoshyC to maybe aim to have your list changes submitted to this page by Thurs 21st july by 5pm at the latest.
