Attention - the 2024 board has announced the following in relation to the upcoming season The 2024 ORFFF season will commence in AFL Round 1 with byes for Opening Round as well as AFL Rounds 12/14/15 - This will result in a 17 round home and away season (with the final 2 rounds being double ups from earlier in the season) and our standard 4 week (AFL) top 8 - Full Round lockout during the regular season is to take effect at the beginning of the first Saturday match each week (rather than Friday night, to be as fair as possible to our incoming US based coach, @snoz), with partial lockouts applying for earlier matches. - The final 2024 ORFFF fixture is to be issued on or around 1st March (assuming that TS has been rolled over by then ahead of the PSD). This thread can be used for commentary with regard to the above, including any questions or queries coaches may have. And a reminder that the 2024 ORFFF PSD trade window opens tomorrow (Thursday 8th) for those intending to be active prior to AFL preseason match sim and official AFL preseason matches commencing a fortnight later.
