Luckily the Shags had bought these choppers to help us make it over to Rutherglen in time for the 1st game. All Shags have been transported across from the Island in these CH-53 Sea Stallions: We're not a fan of the army, but at least we're putting their resources to good use.

@leematty1 @stowie @That KI Guy SC topscorers in Round 9 in 2017 were Titch 158 for the West and Danger 151 for the East, so depending on whether it is the highest score or higher score for the victors that is being followed then the match will either be in Mt Thirsty or Drouin hosting, I reckon it should be the latter but hopefully the Commish can let us all know the final determination prior to the end of March.
If I recall correctly the intention was that the hosting would alternate between East and West, therefore the host for the 2018 All-Star game is due to be an East team. With Danger the highest scorer for the East last year, this means that Drouin should have hosting honours for 2018.
The 2019 ORFFF Fixture has been uploaded to TS leagues, the following are 2 different summaries for people to use as a reference through the year (or later on). Quick notes on the 2019 ORFFF fixture. Round 1 sees Mole Creek hosting Jan Juc with both teams never having tasted Round 1 victory this will no longer be the case after this matchup. Meanwhile the 2018 Premiers host the wooden spooners as Maralinga unfurls the flag at home. Round 3 sees the 2018 Grand Final Replay with the Noahs hosting Maralinga. Round 5 once again is Rivalry Round. Rounds 1 to 10 sees every team alternating home and away fixtures in each of Rounds 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8/ and 9/10 Rounds 10 to 12 see the Shags hosting 3 consecutive home games, the only team to play 3 consecutive home or away games. Whereas Rounds 1 to 11 are simply complete rounds from 2018 reorganised in a different order, rounds 12 to 15 see matches comprising Rounds 3, 4, 7 and 8 from 2018 mixed up. For all 120 fixtures home and away teams have been swapped from 2018 making it 2 home and 2 away in 4 seasons (excluding finals). The most difficult start to the fixture may await Port Lincoln who play the 8 finalists from 2018 across the opening 10 rounds before closing the home and away with 5 non finalists. The most difficult finish to the fixture may await Drouin who close their campaign with 5 straight matches against 2018 finalists. 2019 ORFFF Finals are scheduled for AFL Rounds 19 to 22 and the All Stars will be hosted by Heard Island during AFL Round 23.
The first 10 rounds of 2020 were uploaded when Round 1 commenced. Rounds 1 to 7 have been played. Further rounds will be uploaded once the season structure decision has been made FYI the full fixture in current round order for clarity

Quick notes on the 2021 ORFFF fixture. Round 3 sees the 2020 Grand Final Replay with the Noahs hosting the Woylies. Round 5 once again is Rivalry Round after the 2020 season had been the first since 2016 with no rivalry round Rounds 1 to 10 sees every team alternating home and away fixtures in each of Rounds 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8/ and 9/10 Some potentially easier runs though the season await Port Lincoln who play 4 non 2020 finalists to start the season, Neptune Island who plays 5 non 2020 finalists from rounds 5 to 9 and MLA who play all 7 other finalists by round 10 then close the season with 5 successive matches against 2020 non finalists across rounds 11 to 15. At the other end of the spectrum the 29ers play 6 successive matches against 2020 finalists from Rounds 9 to 14. 2021 ORFFF Finals are scheduled for AFL Rounds 19 to 22 and the All Stars will be hosted by (Eastern team to be checked) during AFL Round 23. In 2023 the ORFFF season starts in AFL Round 2 therefore the midseason byes after 10 ORFFF rounds and ORFFF finals are rounds 21-24. This means our midseason break is actually closer to midseason (10 + 9 split). The key rationale this year was again to schedule matches early in the season where teams have regularly previously played later on and vice versa. As a result there are strings of 3, 4 and 5 home/away games as teams take road trips to the extreme. Rivalry Round and the GF replay are both later than in previous seasons but ahead of the midseason byes. As always the fixture is provided in pictorial form with teams 110th, 120th and 130th ORFFF matches highlighted as well as Mac and Neptune Island both looking to strech their perfect head to head records to 8-0 against the Power in AFL Rounds 7 and 16 respectively. Repeat matches are held in Round 16 (AFL Round 20) As always the fixture is provided in pictorial form with teams 140th, 150th, 160th and 170th ORFFF matches highlighted as well as Neptune Island looking to stretch their perfect head to head record to 11-0 against the Power with their clash scheduled for Round 8. Four double celebration and rivalry matches are scheduled as follows - Round 5 with Rutherglen hosting MacQuarie Island in both teams 150th games - Round 9 with Nangkita hosting Wedge Island in both teams 150th games - Round 10 with The Ponys hosting Jan Juc in both teams 160ths - Round 12 (AFL Rd 13) where Maralinga hosts Douin in their respective 160ths A gala round is scheduled for Round 13 (AFL Round 17) when the ORFFF holds its 150th home and away round immediately post the midseason break, celebrates and commemorates it’s 10th season as a competition and reflects on the highs and lows with thanks to all of it’s current and former coaches. Thanks for all your hard work getting this prepared and loaded. Can I ask why we play 16 regular season games. I think it’s much better if we just play each other once each. I can’t really see any rationale for doubling up on one matchup…
