Looks like you might've forgotten to halve Zak Johnson's score for playing out of position in defense. The official scores has it as an 11 point win to Walpole Super close game!
Or just play turner who was emerg in defence as a defender rather than Johnson out of position and who was named sub
The conclusion of ORFFF Round 15 sees the Virgins deservedly clinching a finals spot with a defeat of the Dropbears who now cannot makeup the gap to 8th spot. The Boozers have clinched a home Qualifying final while 2nd-5th will take the top 4 race to the wire in next weeks final round. The 7th and 8th finalists will be 2 of the 29ers, Power and White Pointers and Port Lincoln's strongest season to date saw them surpass their best ever 15 game season scoring aggregate, the only team to do so in a historically low scoring season with the Magpies running close to their 2016 tally but falling narrowly short. The Ducks have now recorded 29 consecutive losses while at the other end of things the Boozers have 8 consecutive wins and the Magpies have 7 in a row. Sherwood continue to chase a spot in the top 4 with a remarkable recovery form a 4-4 start to the season seeing them break an 8 season finals drought between 2017 and 2024, including a change of coach and relocation, and showing signs they will be a heavy hitter in the final month of the 2025 season.
Congratulations also to Max Gawn of the Noahs who has secured his 2nd Dangerfield Medal, becoming the 5th (!!) 2 time winner with only Tim English remaining a 1 time champion in the ORFFF"s first decade of competition. The Beard is 1 vote ahead of the suspended Tristan Xerri with the towering ruck duo now assured of a 1-2 finish ahead of the final round of home and away competition.
