FWD: Higgins Zorko Montagna Hall (Kerridge)

Mt thirsty go in with a very similar team, just swapping Motlop and stokes around. Lack of personal seriously limiting any decisions to be made.

suckling, smith, baguley, birchall (Mitch Brown)
    TMitchell, SMitchell, Boak, Rockliff (Gibson)
    Lobbe (Frost)
    JRiewoldt, Stokes, Petrie, JMerrett, (Motlop)
    Rischitelli, Goddard

Looking forward to getting on the winners list.

    @choppers

All the teams will be at

    http://tooserious.net/forum/tsLeagueMatchday.php?leagueId=14&round=2

So you will definitely be able to follow things much better this week and for the rest of the season

TTH, I get that and I understand, but let me tell you, I would rather see teams listed in a thread than have to go to tsLeagues to find out who is playing. Maybe that's just me, and everyone else is happy to do that, and if that is the case, so be it.
And on another note. My thinking is that it also gets people posting and corresponding with each other which right now, is seriously missing from ORFFF, except for maybe 4 or 5. Where are the other 11 or 12............
Teams for this round were named over 6 hrs ago, so you would think that most people would have been online here at TS in that period, not all, but most, to do something with their teams.
I've looked at your post on another thread to organise a fixture for the bye rounds. I think it's a great idea but how many responses have you had. I hope you're seeing my point. Not many ORFFF ers seem to be interested and I find that disappointing. And before I get labelled in that crowd, I have refrained from answering at this stage, waiting to see how much interest this league can bring.
Now, if the thinking is that everything is going along OK, then no probs, I can join in with everyone else and do nothing, and just post my team every week in tsLeagues and all will be well.
And concentrate on ORFFU, just as others are doing the same with ORFFL and ORFFA.

I've had my say now. I'm not upset with anyone, I just want to see more communication between members of ORFFF and I think posting one's team in a thread for each round will assist with that.

    Rant over...............

Not an easy place to get to,stowie. Enjoy the bus trip.
And if you win the toss, run downhill in the first quarter and have the wind at your back in the 2nd and 4th.

    Rutherglen Fugitives R2 Team

Numerous changes after last week's howler against Heard Island, with some big outs in Hodge & Edwards. Young Parish gets an opportunity as the side welcomes back the experienced Johnson. Ceglar gets the boot after not showing up last week which ultimately proved the difference in a narrow loss. Third choice ruckman the unique Def / Ruc Roughead gets a gig.

Out: Hodge (Arm), Edwards (Hand), Tomlinson (Omitted), Ceglar, Harbrow
In: Johnson, Roughead, Watts, Parish, Davis

D: Macmillan, Rampe, Johnson, Davis (Tomlinson)
M: Pendlebury, Shiel, Macrae, Jack (Harbrow)
    R: Roughead
F: Gunston, Lynch, de Goey, Wells (Langford)
    I: Watts, Parish (Gleeson)

Had a rubbish first week just scraping 1200 from pretty much a full strength team, including scores of 41 & 36.

D: Enright, Houli, Langdon, Taylor (Fisher)
M: Hannebery, Wallis, Crisp, Dogulas (Jetta)
    R: Grundy
F: Stringer, LeCras, Hawkins, Waite (B. Kennedy)
    I: Vince, Jones (Nicholls)

I've got to get in the habit of checking forums, the ORFFL guys normally hang out in blog posts or the live chat over the weekend.

Mole Creek will be backing up their solid showing in a Round 1 loss with a couple of changes this week. Bird is certainly not the word as he is omitted for sleeping in last week. Miller and Anderson went down with injuries, Miller will look to be back soon whilst Anderson will be hoping to get back sometime midseason. Gresham showed real promise in round one and will be having a run in the twos to get a bit of form and experience.

Aish makes the emergencies after starting in the two's first up, whilst Matera makes his first start for the club on the pine.

    IN: AISH, MATERA

    OUT: BIRD, GRESHAM, MILLER, ANDERSON

    Defence A. Saad, B.Smith, P.Seedsman, C. Sutcliffe, (R.Harwood)
    Midfield P.Cripps, A.Miles, G.Ablett, P.Hanley, (J.Aish)
    Ruck S.Martin
    Forward S.Gray, J.Cripps, I.Heeney, D.Kent, (C.Ellis)
    Interchange R.Lester, B.Matera

    R: McEvoy

The quarter time siren has sounded at The Chinchilla Showgrounds and the visiting Atoms from Maralinga are off to a flyer.
Obviously the long bus trip from Brissy has not affected them at all and their defence in the first qtr was suberb, led by Reid (100)and Williams (81), holding the Chumps to no score. And with Martin (134) up front, we are left to ponder is this a big enough lead with 3 quarters left to play, or will the current temperature of 31C have a part to play, as the game heads into the 2nd stanza.....

Progress score from The Showgrounds and the local Chumps have forged ahead, using the strong breeze at their back, to advantage and are leading the Atoms 9/936 to 9/760. Marcus Adams has followed up his good game in the magoos last week with a very well compiled 135 across back, while our forward line of Zorko(148) Hall(124) Montagna(100) and Higgins(94) have been all class.
For the Atoms, Riewoldt in his 300th game has101, while the youngster Crouch(83) has tried to stem the tide but to no avail....
