I noticed this earlier and thought it was a glitch. Apparently not ! I guess that makes it much easier to work out what captain teams had !
Ahh man that sucks, now how am I going to manually copy and paste everybody's team from my league into my master spreadsheet and keep track of their trades and cash. Damn it.
This is such a shit move by sc. I know so many people that run their own league spreadsheets. And sc has just shit on all of them. Fucking weak effort. Reckon we need to get a post up calling for people to email in, cause they aren't going to bring it back unless people tell them how shit it is.
I I agree, it's not just working out the cash and trades, I like to get heaps of information and produce an email every week to the guys in the cash league I organise to keep them involved if their doing shit.
Need to get that into words. There are plenty of league admins that so the same thing. And you be fanned if you want to ask everyone of their trades that week just to work it out.
Well Pete Jank replied pretty quickly. Don't have access to twitter at work so can't post his tweet here, but basically gameday will be the place to see this now - and should be up and ready within a couple of days or so.
Ahh I see, they've made the change so you can't see the other teams but you can see within your own league. Compromise and good for me, does it impact on how you get your stats?
Yeah, it's a fair enough compromise. Just glad that nobody will be overly effected by it (though any scripts that people use to copy/paste the team data from will need to be tweaked) Doesn't effect the stats at all.
So I wonder if gameday is going to show the price for each player and movements, cos it sure doesn't look like it.
We need a distributed client that does the scraping. We have more than enough coaches here on TS that could run such a client. Have the client execute and feed the data back to a central server. It could be smart and randomise the teams accessed. Mind you if they don't show you bench players then the whole thing is moot.
