It was a big score from Gunston and a demolishing of the Blues which saw this weekend unfold.

Massive score for him. Any massive scores from you guys?

Certainly not a massive score but I did ok with 2283, enough to beat you by 2 points in ORFFL league at least chief!

      2131 will the following disasters:

      ablett 21 , beams 0 , franklin 0 , t.mitchell 36 , Oxley 27

should be happy I escaped with a score over 2000.

oh and, Longmire - your a spastic!

2360 with beams, buddy and rocky. 'Wife' did well with 2500 with Mitchell.
Annoyed with my dream team trades. Selwood out for Ablett as captain and rocky. Cost me top 20 overall. Chances of winning that one are gone now.

2066 beaten in 2 outta 2 leagues. GAJ 21 Beams 0 TMitch 36 Oxley 27 Hannerbery 60 Armitage 63 please. Sometimes i hate this game!

Lucky i am intrenched in the 8 in both league and guaranteed top 4 in one.

Yeah, that was a top move starting Mitchell as sub against a contested ball team. Belatedly brings him on at 3q time and he racks up 10 possessions and 5 tackles and suddenly the Swans look reasonable! Oh well, hopefully that's the last he'll see of the vest...

This is why you should never trade out a keeper. Was desperate to get Ablett in and $3k short of doing Cripps > Ablett, so did Selwood to Ablett.

Selwood proceeds to get his highest score for the season and Ablett gets 20, which I paid $200k for.

      Just cruel sometimes.

a shocking round of 2099 and only 1 league win and some thumpings in my 6 losses

3 decent scores in the mids but only 263 points shared by my 5 other midfielders, with Lambert parked at F7 my only decent bench score and my depth is really really bad at the moment.

I traded Boston to Knights to free up cash but now have GAJ to trade and most likely Beams as well so am having to decide whether to prioritise overall rankings or keep trades in hand with an eye on league finals.

This is the year from hell for my SC team. I've only appeared in the top 30k on weekly rankings once in the last 11 weeks and have seen my overall ranking slip from 6.5k to 16k. Its just been disaster after disaster each week, mostly due to poor bench decisions (and injuries)l... its just not my year.

      2055 this week...

I was very close to doing the same... decided to reverse the Selwood -> Gaz trade late Friday simply cos it would've left me 3 trades remaining in the year.
Reckon more often then not, you do need to hold on to your guns but my Sauce to Goldy trade early in the year has worked out very well

Had an absolute Barry Crocker. Haven't had a close look at what I got but it was around the 2050 mark after bringing in Ablett this week and making him captain to literally double the pain. Had Hodge as vice but couldn't really loophole it, its a double edged sword having your R3 (Downie) playing, could come in handy if Jacobs or goldy were to miss a week but makes loopholing much more difficult. I had the option of hamling and mclean but it would have meant sacrificing the bench on one of those lines, and as and we saw with beams and franklin pulling out I didn't want to risk that. No matter I thought, all the talk here in Adelaide was that Dangerfield and Ablett were going to go head to head so another 150+ for Gaz, lock it in Eddie. 21 points and a busted knee later thank you SC gods! Was that cheesed off in a game I had to win to finish top 4 that I didn't bother to watch any more footy over the weekend but that's okay the family were happy with that, actually couldn't even bear to check my scores over the weekend.

Still looking at the positives due for a change of luck for the finals and still have 6 trades and 275k in the bank. Thinking Ablett to Danger or the ultra reliable (touch wood) Priddis and Colquhoun/Hamling to Houli is now very underpriced. Completed team now but continue to carry underperformers like Smith, Ziebell and Neale. Is it too early to look forward to next year ?

Oh yeah had Levers and Lamberts points on the bench too

Somehow managed to score 2333 despite having Pendles C (Ablett VC). Couldn't do anything about Buddy's late out or Tom Mitchell's vest either, Lambert's cover helped though. Several 80ish scores in there + Lever's 111 stuck on the bench. Moved up 300ish spots to 1255 overall. Happy with that result
