Teams highlighted in light blue are those who made finals. Purple is the premiership team. I'm not 100% confident in the 2014 stats I've got so they may be a little off.
great effort, really puts your team into perspective weather or not your on the improve....love the head to head comparison
Nice bounce back for the 1 season rebuild by the Buff, may need to start looking at an association with the Spurs. Hopefully can keep it heading in the same direction in 2017
Nice work @fresh I'm surprised by some of these H2H stats. The Flys will be fired up in '17 to get a W on the board against some particular nemesis teams!
Great stats, I expected to take a hit in 2016 but 2017 is a differnet season Look out the Blowflys @Mick
The Bulls are trending the wrong way - hence the offseason of much activity!! - lets hope Round 1 is a sign of things to come Top work @fresh
Some more stats for all you lovers of numbers. This table is essentially a breakdown of the total points scored by each team over 2015 and 2016 across each line (as well as total points) and I've ranked each team. I've left out 2014 as the stats aren't too accurate but big thanks to @walesy for the historical data. The premiers over both years had the number 1 ranked interchange bench but they also slipped in terms of being ranked the 4th highest point scoring team in 2016 vs 2nd in 2015. In their back to back year it wasn't really that they dominated across every line but more that the mids and interchange were so strong in 2016. Not surprisingly, Nuytsland (aka Nutsyland) have been the biggest improver jumping 13 places in the total points rankings, predominantly by a serious improvement in the mids (up 14 places) and depth/interchange (up 12 places). The next best have been Banchang (6) and then Eden and Pearcedale (5 places each) with improvement across the board. Hughenden and Korumburra suffered the biggest falls (9 places each). With Sandi out last year Hughenden's ruck ranking really suffered but the defense, mids and interchange have also declined. Korumburra's issues have been primarily the interchange and defence with some forward line problems too. It'll be interesting to see what effect all of last year's trade have for Mick in 2017.
Managed to find some time to go through old threads to add a finals results table. 5 teams (excluding the defunct Manangatang) haven't tasted finals yet.
