Well done Horndawg, and commiserations Graeme. Close finish.

Also, spuds for sale. Y'all know where to find me.

Just seen the final result - had not even bothered to track it. It does my head in thinking of what might have been if Belly had rucked instead of half a Bonar (as it were).

Tinarsy the new user name for the champ?

Well done 4nsy... timed your run to perfection... would’ve been quite the feat for the glamas to get up but wouldn’t have been a surprise given their ability to somehow just keep winning despite the scores they were putting up

Wow, 13.5 players almost pulled of the upset of the century. Sad that is what we had to rely on for the health of the league but is what it is.

Want to really do your head in?

Do the math on what would have happened if you had played Bonar forward, to score full points and replace Ah-chee/Buddy

Now my head really hurts. Could have had half of Oscar McDonald's 74 as my ruck score and an extra 19 from Bonar. Urrrghh.

One of the perils of having friends around for dinner on Firday evening and living in a different time zone is having to set a team early and without full information. This is of course balanced by the pleasure of cooking for them and imbibing with them. Here, final teams are not announced until 7pm ish and the wine is flowing. By the time the game starts (9.50pm) dinner is winding down but the alcohol level is rising up. Check teams? Nah, open another bottle of red.
