The 2022 ORFFF big dance sees the best team of 2022 take on the best team of 2016-22 in what shapes as an epic encounter

Two time Grand Finalists and defending ORFFF premiers Mole Creek @James84 are on a 12 game unbeaten streak and have 26 wins from their past 27 games having smashed all number of all time scoring records along the way.

Meanwhile the Noahs @That KI Guy - themselves boasting an 8 game unbeaten streak, continue to win 70% plus of their games including in finals.

Making 5 Grand Finals in 7 seasons is a heck of an effort for Mike's side and they will no doubt be plotting and scheming to bring back the spoils to their loyal fanbase.

Both teams boast stars galore, as well as amazingly good depth and it would not surprise for this to be a high scoring contest that goes right down to the wire.

Best of luck to you both, and it would be great to see some live score reporting during the contest !

Thanks for the promo/ rev up TTH!

That’s some serious streak the Glowies have, and 26 from 27 is yikes territory.

That said, 2 votes for a 50+ Glow Worm win?!

Surely @James84 has a burner account?

Several, gotta keep that PR train rolling ;)

It's going to be a tough week, Noah's have fairly handily outscored us each week this finals series. If on our game we should be able to take it home but the formline isn't in our favour.

Looking forward to team selections coming out and getting into it.

Thanks TTH and good luck @That KI Guy

    Noahs attempt at dancing big.

Def - Brayshaw, Dawson, Clark, Haynes (Rich)
Mid - Viney, Libba, Warner, Drew (Tucker)
    Ruck - Gawn
Fwd - Parker, Moore, Wright, Fisher (Ladhams)
    IC - McDonald, Gaff (Wilkie)

    In - Ladhams, Tucker
Out - Duncan, Gray (managed )

Best of luck @James84 and fingers crossed for a tight tussle and minimal carnage across the weekend.

Tough decisions coming into the final, some poor form from quite a few players means a lift is needed from everwhere (possibly except for the mids). Some shuffling on the emergencies, but only one change to the squad as Danger is replacing the underwhelming and now injured Greene and is 50/50 to win the final single-handedly or limp off with a calf injury in the first eight minutes.

Is it too late to request the return of the rolling lockout? ;)

Def: Saad, Perryman, Pendlebury, Short (Ridley)
Mid: Laird, Kelly, Petracca, McCluggage (Sidebottom)
    Ruc: Darcy
Fwd: Curnow, Rioli, Brodie, Heeney (Rankine)
    Int: Dangerfield, Atkins (Darling)

    In: Dangerfield
    Out: Greene

Best of luck to @That KI Guy and thinking a close contest is in the offing with our teams very closely matched on recent form.

I think the admins have been very relaxed setting lockout to the Friday night game, however that was the lockout stipulated early in the season by the Commish and should apply.

So just confirming, lockout should be after the Friday night game is played, so start of first game Saturday?

The relentless Glowies add another two tons vs a mediocre 80 from Moore.

With Heeney on fire and Warner in quicksand, it’s almost white flag areas.

Well played @James84, needed to bring our A game this week but fell well short of your blindingly consistent outfit.

Looks like final score was Mole Creek 1579 def Neptune Island 1388

Bad luck @That KI Guy, rough week to suffer both of us having a swing in form just in opposite directions.
