given there are 2 weeks until our H2H starts, i will not put a time limit on picks just yet, but once we are through the first round of the draft we will move to a 6 hour pick timer (not active between midnight and 8.00am), which gives everyone a chance to have read this prior.

edit: 6.00am not 8.00, typo
